Stopped in to checkout some bikes and Jeep equipment. The people inside were extremely courteous and quick to help out.

Do not take you bike here for service unless if you are okay with potentially dying…read more Pretty simple work I had done to the bike brakes (rotors calipers, fluids etc), valve adjustment, suspension, oil change, new chain / sprocket upon arrival i was quoted 7k for that price i should be getting a new set of tires these scamming crooks had my bike for over 2 months and when i had finally begged them to give it back to me it was clearly ridden (nit just test driven) as well as damaged gas tank was loose, missing bolts, license plate wires cut, no coder pin for chain etc. My bike was clearly dropped and Pat and Casey could not have given a tenth of a fuck regarding the condition of my bike also my bike now only runs at 200 degrees no matter how hot or cold it is clearly the technician was in a rush and did not finish the job with quality or care ALL OF THESE SAFETY HAZARDS COULD GET ME KILLED AND THEY ARE OKAY WITH SENDING A BIKE OFF LIKE THAT AFTER CHARGING ME 7K! I never sit here and write reviews but I had to warn people about this place, they also worked on a 400 i used tk have same thing; missing bolts and clearly ridden (over 15 miles) shoddy business people and outright stealing regarding prices, RUN! 0 stars if i could.

I guess they either aren't in business anymore or don't want to do business?

I brought my bike here in early July for a fork seal replacement. I had recently relocated to the…read morearea and was looking for a new local shop to service my motorcycles. Unfortunately, my experience here left much to be desired. I first reached out to the shop in mid-June to inquire about the repair. I was told they could get me in within approximately two weeks, so I scheduled the appointment. They required a $500 deposit, which I thought was somewhat steep considering the total repair was expected to be around $600-$700, but I decided to move forward. I dropped the bike off on July 2nd. I asked how long the repair would take and was told approximately 1-2 weeks. I thought one week seemed reasonable for a fork seal replacement, while two weeks felt somewhat lengthy, but I agreed and left the bike with them. On July 16th, I called to check on the status and was told by the owner that they would have the bike "on the lift" that week. At this point, it had already been at the shop for more than two weeks. I told them I would be available at any time the following week to pick it up. I called again toward the end of the following week and was once again told the bike would be "on the lift" the following week. I waited another week and eventually stopped by the shop in person to check on the status. The mechanic again told me they should have the bike "on the lift" the following week. At this point, I was extremely frustrated. I had been given multiple assurances that the bike would be worked on, but no actual repair date or clear timeline. I made one final call on August 6th to ask whether the bike had finally been brought in for the repair. Once again, I was told it would be "on the lift next week." At that point, I told them to put the bike out front and that I would pick it up the following morning and take it to another shop. The owner called me afterward and again explained that they intended to get to the bike "eventually," but still could not provide an actual date. I was also told that "patience is a virtue." I would say that waiting more than a month for a repair that should reasonably take a day or two was more than patient on my part. Ultimately, I decided to forfeit my deposit and take the bike to another nearby shop. I had really hoped to find a smaller, local shop where I could bring my motorcycles for service on a regular basis. Unfortunately, whether the issue was scheduling, staffing, or organization, this experience was not acceptable to me. I will not be returning to this shop, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to other riders.

I've been riding motorcycles for decades. After years of getting beaten up by Sportsters I resolved…read moreto get a touring bike. So I perused Craigslist and found several Road King Classics in the Mass/RI area and took a day trip up there. If you want to buy a used motorcycle, in excellent condition, at a fair price, go To Todd's Motorcycles in Bellingham, Mass. It's worth the trip. Walking into Todd's is like stepping into a biker toy store. There were literally dozens of bikes all in pristine condition. We worked with AJ whose super chill manner and knowledge were both refreshing and invaluable. We looked at an '04 Lava Red Road King Classic with 9146 miles on it. It was cosmetically perfect and AJ had maintenance records all the way back to when it was new. I'm stubborn however and had to go check out the other options I'd found but they didn't come close. We called him and told him we'd take it. From the time we walked in, to the time my taillights crossed his driveway maybe took 15 minutes. The price listed is the price we paid, which, based on the comparable bikes in the area, was very fair. They don't do accessories, they don't collect sales tax, they don't provide temporary tags. What they do is provide high value motorcycles, at a fair price with a seamless transaction. Oh and he even gave us t-shirts.

Great place loaded with low mileage late models. No pressure, just plenty of info and time to…read morebrowse. Visit the corp dealerships, test ride there, then go to Todd's to find a nice shape used ride for a great deal. One month after buying there, couldn't be happier.
