Also my lugs nuts were so tight it almost broke my ratchet I'm not sure if they cranked it down with an impact or what but that is way to tight.after getting those off I go to find out that my spacer is missing and they have no clue where it's at. I was informed they had no idea who I was and didn't know how to get a hold of me. Even though they had texted to confirm the appointment and I left a business card (cell/office/email) with my keys. In the end, my work truck spent the day in their parking lot while they couldn't figure out how to call me. What a joke.
