I found Yan through Yelp--and the positive reviews were spot on. Yan is extremely professional and clearly experienced. Yan and his team installed the new gutters on the coldest day of the season, yet they still worked quickly and efficiently. From the very first interaction, communication with Yan was seamless. He came out promptly, provided a clear estimate, used high-quality materials, and made excellent recommendations on gutter pitch and downspout placement. His work is also backed by a warranty, which gives great peace of mind. His pricing was very competitive compared to larger national companies--and the quality is just as good, if not better. If you're looking for new gutters, Yan is your guy. Thank you, Yan! I

Derrick helped me navigate a very challenging situation to rebuild the entire back wall of my home and attached deck due to water damage. Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. Overall, could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend.

So, we had a good impression of the company and asked them to do our gutters - but that was a complete failure. We were originally scheduled for gutter cleaning on a Thursday, 1-5 PM. A little before 1:00 I got a text saying the crew would be there in 45 minutes (about 1:30). When no one showed up by 2:30 I called, and was told the texted time was a mistake, but the crew would be to us at 5:00. At 5:30 I got a call saying they would be there at 6:00. About 6:30 I called to cancel the order, but the office was closed. The crew came at 6:45 and I sent them away. The next day I got an apologetic call offering to reschedule for a morning shift (8-12) and give us a discounted rate. Being gullible, and cheap, I said OK. I got a text at some point during the rescheduled morning saying the crew would be late, and by 12:40 we'd had enough and canceled the order. So, they stood us up a total of 4 times. We'll never know if they would have done a good job because the scheduling process was completely messed up.
