They got rid of their little wine bar several years ago but have expanded their children's section into a comfortable little nook that is perfect for finding your next best read. They also have the best gift selection for adults and children and tons of unique activity books (perfect for snowstorms like this weekend!). Love, love, love this shop.

It is located inside what comes off as an office building. Once inside there the smell of books is in the air. Love that smell! There's a few racks for adult books. I think the chairs are such an underrated feature of B&Ns, and I appreciate that this one has little reading 'nooks' throughout the store, so you can kind of hang out and enjoy the bookstore ambiance while you read and maybe sip your little drinky drink! This is one of the few Barnes locations in the surrounding areas that actually has chairs and/or book nooks. The employees are very nice and helpful and the store is always in good order and clean. I've had no issues in this store. The only thing that I might consider a potential downside is that this location is quite busy typically, so if you're looking for a quiet, empty Barnes, this isn't the one!

I met my cousin for dinner and we spent time before and after exploring the shelf's. Loved the layout and intimate vibe. My phone wasn't working so I couldn't see if I had enough money, so I made small talk. I told her I was sorry for being so late, and I empathized with her, as I had also just closed at my workplace earlier. Anyways I ended up not having enough money, so she took the vinyl and I left.
