Had Carls come out to take a look at my washer…read moremachine, tech came out and plugged in a scanner to see what issues the washer was having, said it needed inverter board, main board, and drain pump. Said would take 2 weeks to get in. Never heard anything back from them so I had to call and see what was going on and said parts are in so we can schedule to come out and fix it. Had 2nd appointment scheduled, guy came out and now said door latch wouldn't unlock, which previously worked with no issues before. Said he had to order a door latch and would take about 2 weeks. I called again after a few days to see what was going on because my washer was already down for 3-4 weeks. I was informed the door latch would be in on the Friday the same week. Here it is 3 weeks later, almost a month and a half since the first time they came out, and still have yet to hear anything from carls. I gave them a call and asked what is going on with the parts. They now inform me that they are waiting on the inverter board now that they ordered a month ago and had last time they came out. So they got my parts and used them for some other job and didn't reach out to inform me of anything. I finally had enough and had another company come out. Came out and same day had my washer fixed. New company also informed me that the last guy who worked on it intentionally sabotaged the door latch, for what reason? Called carls to let them know the issue and denied it and didn't want to take responsibility for anything just kept saying they are waiting for parts there's nothing they can do and were rude about it all. Will not be using them again and recommend never going with this terrible company.
