We have been taking my dog here for a few months and haven't had any issues until this last visit…read more I took my dog at 8:01am, they open at 8am, I didn't get to pick him up until 12, which was a little ridiculous given that he's a little Shih Tzu. When I got him back, the man with long dark hair had cut every little bit of hair of his body off (which was more than i expected and requested) and returned him back to me with cuts/burns on his underbody. They never mentioned anything to me about these little cuts during pickup but it's pretty easy to notice when he's got little to no hair on his body. This was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. We will not be returning.
