Then the lockdown happened and we didn't know who to help us with our baby's nails. We have a 160lb bear-dog (German Shepherd/Malamute/Tibetan Mastiff) who is a huge big baby and gets scared easily, especially having to go into those doggie salons and likely feels extra stressed there. Kano changed that for us! One of the neighbors recommended her and we contacted her. She got us in way quicker than I expected and was so sweet as well! She whipped through our dogs' nails, trim, and de-shedding like it was nothing (in a good way!)! lol Our Grizzly bear usually pulls and hides from everyone but he just let her do her thing. She also gave him treats as she went along and man...was he into her lol! I am SOOO happy to say we finally found someone we are going to stick with indefinitely! I told them he was too hot with all his fur but was very concerned about what he would look like if he were completely shaved. I was assured that I didn't have to worry, that they would make him look cute. When I picked him up I was in shock. He looked horrible. Entirely shaved down to nothing except most of his head. Having given not much for direction, I won't even hold that against them as the idea of cute is subjective. The concept of a good job is not however. The lines were so choppy as if no effort to blend was taken at all. They shaved half way up his face and then just stopped. Picture submitted. The line on the back of his head isn't even kind of straight or blended. Though I appreciate the ability to get us in right away, I now know why they weren't busy. Thank you for being friendly and warm but I regret to say that we won't be back. Two stars are merely for the convenience of the appt and the friendliness of the staff, and not a one for the job that was done on my dog.

They have groomed my doodles and have done awesome jobs with both of them. when I told them about how my adopted bloodhound won't let anyone (even us) near him when it comes to cleaning ears or even a bath due to trust issues, they said challenge accepted. I was hesitant at first and then decided to try and scheduled it. Diesel was groomed today and I can't believe how easy it was. (He did so awesome!) Especially having strangers around him! They were able to make him smell and look perty. plus clipped his nails! I am beyond amazed! I believe Diesel would have gone home with them if I let him. My regular groomer…read moremoved, I took 3yr Yorkie, Duchess, to Petco and they butchered her no shape, basically an all around buzz cut. It took forever to grow her out when we did we took her here and she worked *magic*. Duchess looks gorgeous! She took care to shape her face and give her a cute ponytail. She did the puppy's first cut and got her tangles out. 2nd appointment was yesterday and I was so surprised to see the girls. Their face shape is much better than I could have asked for and the puppy looks fantastic!! Like a different dog! Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they do, I'm so glad I found them, I won't ever take my girls elsewhere and the ladies are very nice and welcoming to the dogs. You will not be disappointed!
