Staff was very friendly and suggested the most ordered slices so I took their suggestion. Their pizza is really good, the crust has a nice buttery taste to it. There is one restroom for everyone. One side is for customers to dine in and the other side appears to be for pick up and delivery. If you are seeking ambiance, this would not be your spot. They aren't located in the greatest neighborhood, and some of the patrons looked to be induced on "something" Other than that we enjoyed our food. The tables for dine in are large so you don't feel crammed if you are sitting with four people while eating. The annoying part was the table we sat at, it teetered back and forth so I would occasionally put my foot on the base to keep it still while my husband did the same on the other side. I've been a Bari's customer for more than 20 years. During working hours and home. They were my favorite! I often told family and friends to order from them. Once or twice there was a mishap, but it was corrected immediately. Recently I ordered dinner; part of the order was for sautéed spinach with garlic and olive oil. What a disappointment, too much water and very little oil. I called to explain and was shut down by one of the workers. He wouldn't listen to my complaint. Never before has this happened. I've ordered delivery from Bari's a few times now and they have not yet disappointed. Their menu is pretty massive; they have everything from salads and sandwiches to burgers and pizza. Their wings are huge and are cooked really well. I usually order one of their specialty slices and they've all been good. Their cheesesteak is also pretty decent. So is their side of broccoli. I've been ordering from Baris for YEARS... YEARS. For the past year, I usually get the same thing two sides of spinach. Out of the plethora times I received it, there were two times the spinach didn't smell fresh. The first time I was like maybe it's a bad batch, the second time which was today I had to call. I always say hello to the owner and I am very friendly with them. So I thought it would be an amicable conversation, I was wrong. The manager said why didn't I call yesterday (that's the time I got it), I did explain I didn't eat it until the next day. Do keep in mind the store was closed because I picked it up late at night. Anyway the manager seemed frustrated and said we will make another for one you but understand blah blah blah There shouldn't be any BUTS, just give me a replacement. That was really disheartening for me as a company I FREQUENTLY buy food from would be disgruntled for selling me pungent smelling spinach.
