KC and Gage are no good for their word, and they lie back and forth and stab each other in the back. I needed new engine gaskets, and Gage had no vehicle to get his family around, I offered to let him use my car while it was in the shop, until his truck was fixed, no strings, just take care of it for me. After all he said he was a Partner with KC. He seemed grateful for my offer, and told me that he would not charge me labor for letting him use the car. I thought that was amazing and was impressed that he would do that, unsolicited. I smoked their families turkeys for Thanksgiving, and Cornish Game Hen for Christmas, delivered them on trays and they seemed so grateful and happy to accept for their family holidays. I was not told at that time that KC booted my car out of the garage, because of Gages offer. I thought it was not in the garage because Gage was using it, I was actually happy that he was. I checked on the progress from time to time, and after three months, I could not deal with their lies any longer and confronted KC, he played dumb as a turnip (probable an honest act) and I asked where the car was. He told me it was ay Gages house, about three miles away, and if I was not paying for labor, he would not let the car be worked on in his shop. I tried contacting Gage but his phone was not working and I spoke with his very nice wife, who relayed my messages to him. Gage returned my call and finally told me the truth, I told him to call the shop and that I would be happy to pay for shop time, of course! He said he would call KC and everything should be fine. But it was not, and KC told me Gage never called him (as usual). That same day, I googled his house and drove out there. I was sitting in his front yard trashed!!!! I was beside myself and felt so stupid, and I realized I had been totally, totally screwed. They had possession of my car for three months, destroyed and trashed it in the process and I had to have it rescued and towed, from Gages house, back to mine, because of a disagreement those clowns had with each other, KC would not let Gage work on my car there, and according to Gage, KC was not paying him money that he owed for work he had done, and was looking for another job. He destroyed my pristine car, LOOK AT THE PICTURES, radiator cap was off, radiator was empty, interior was full of garbage, and when I started it, it smoked lie a chimney, I think he blew the engine up, like he did on his truck. I called AAA and had the car rescued and delivered back to my house, where it is at least safe. Still making payments on car and insurance. I am so screwed! WARNING! Don't trust these jokers, you can get screwed, too, and have only yourself to blame. read more

I was a happy client of Bargain Tires until today. One of the tires i bought a couple of weeks ago blew when I hit a dip in the road today. While I was putting on the spare my fiance called about the "warranty" they gave us on the tire. They tell us to bring it in and they will take care of it for us, Yeah right. I get the tire up there tell them it blew from a dip in the road and the guy tried to blame me, then blamed the tire saying it was defective and said it wasn't their problem. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here but when you buy a product and you are given a warranty for it, if its defective that is 100% the sellers responsibility. These guys act all kinds of nice and helpful when you're buying tires or whatever from them, but don't try to use the fake warranty they give you cause they won't honor it and blame you for the issue. The guy even had the nerve to insult me like a 5th grader saying the tire blew because I'm a bad driver. Seriously you're a business owner just mind blowing to get this kind of treatment for trying to use the warranty I was given for my tire. Dont use this Tire company .... they are selling bad tires. I recently went to get my left tire replaced purchase a tire on a Thursday the tire was shaking! The guy told me because I need an alignment went to get an alignment over the weekend I was told the tire was bad and had a lot of splits in it.... the mechanic that did my alignment ask that I wanted to have a replace I told him no I had just brought the tire and had a warranty! after The alignment the tire was still shaking! I went back to bargain tires spoke with a tall white guy with a mouth full gold. I told him that I had my receipt the tire was bad I had goten an alignment and it needed to be replaced! he told me that the tire did not need to be replace the mechanic needed to stick to alignment and then he would balance the tire. He instructed a gentleman to balance the tire the guy and came back and said the tire was already balanced he then proceeded to have other gentleman look at the and advised they advised him that the tire needed to be replaced as I was listening to the whole conversation sitting in my car! He then proceeded to have the guy roll the tire back out and instructed him to take the tire off the back of my car and put the my good tire on the front and put the bad on the back. I instructed the gentleman to not take my back tire off if there's nothing wrong with the tire as he kept saying why would he need to put it on the back he became really aggressive walking up on me.... loud talking me telling me that he was doing me a favor and he should be charging me for changing the tires as if he was doing me a favor for putting a bad tire on my car! white guy with mouth full of golds was so aggressive for a second I thought I was going to need to mace him! I went up there yesterday needing 2 front tires.. the guy came out with 2 Michelin tires with decent treads.. so they switched my tires out and charged me 129.$ and I gave the guy doing it a 20$ tip...so I paid them and left.. when I woke up this morning to go to work the passenger side front tire was flat.. so I put fix a flat in it to get to work because I just didn't have time to go back up there this morning having to be to work at 9 and it was already 8:45.. I made it to work I kept checking on my car all day to make sure my tire was ok to get home.. to make a long story short.. when I got off at 4 that same tire was flat again... well good thing it was a Goodyear not even 5 buildings behind me.. I made it over there and they showed me several splits that was in my front tires where I had basically been cheated out of my money yesterday...so I had to end up paying 338$ again today and I was very upset that Bargain Tires gipped me out of my money and said they were good tires they were puttin on my car..
