Brought in my 2019 Lexus that I just bought to check my tires. When I picked it up, there was grease smears all over the sun visor, on the fabric of the door and behind my front seat. When I asked the lady? At the front counter is they had any grease remover. I was told to get 3 estimates to have the grease remove and bring them back. WHAT THE HECK!! Had to give at least one star just to get this far.but I'd like to give a minus 10 for purposefully improperly inflating the tires on my truck because they didn't like me or had a problem with me and these are facts! Proven by another shop when I had my tires reinspected and the pressures checked, the previous day to set incident there was a conflict, where I was told I did not need an appointment just to bring in my two trucks to have the tire switched when I got there they left and told me they couldn't do it laughed in my damn face thought it was funny two drivers my gas and two trucks my time okay that's fine, I still needed it done so I took them back the next day and because of the so-called incident from the day before they found it necessary to get even, and apparently the manager Scott knew all about it I peeled out in the back part of their driveway when I left but in my defense there was a lot of snow on the ground that day, so when I brought this up to him first thing out of his mouth was don't drive across my parking lot then, really? When I brought up the improper deflation you bring up the parking lot interesting, it just shows that that's what pissed him off, but regardless of his feelings to me, you don't get to put myself the grandchildren right in my truck and anybody else on the highway in danger the way they did, it's an F-250 and I tow with it a 30 ft trailer. One tire was 30 lb one tire was 40 lb one tire was 50 lb and the lowest of all was 20 pounds on the left rear the one on the right rear was 50 lb that's a lot of difference in the two rear tires had I lost my trailer on the freeway who knows who I could have killed and this was because of them, I am now seeking an attorney someone will be held a liable and accountable, regardless of how you feel about me you do not get to endanger lives there are liabilities involved it's much deeper than just improperly deflating my tire the consequences could have been so much more and if you're still reading this far down the line please understand this isn't personal I could care less about Scott or his shop I've been doing business there for quite some time but this cannot stand this is a very serious accusation! In fact it was a very serious deed that was done purposefully and intentionally. There are stipulations and laws about tires, for example you can't Mount one if it's too old, you can't Mount one or work on one if it's too bald or used up because it's dangerous! So that being said is it also not dangerous to have tires and properly inflated one at 20 lb one at 30 lb One at 40 lb one at 50 lb, that is not a coincidence those are 10 lb increments purposefully done like I said I will be seeking retribution read more

I've been going to Bargain Tire in Chubbuck for about 3 years now and I've never had any problems with them, everyone is very friendly, they do great work, my truck has 37.5 inch tires and is a pain to work on but they always deal with it without a complaint, great place to go for tires, wheels, oil changes, etc... read more

Wow! These guys are fast! We were headed home from Yellowstone and our camper tires had warn through almost. They had new tires on and everything completed before I could finish feeding the kids lunch! It was a fair price as well and friendly service to boot! I would definitely recommend them! read more

In terms of service, these folks are the best. I'm from out of town and here on business and my tires were a low on air and I stopped here to ask if I could use their air pressure and instead they immediately took my auto in and filled all tires @NC I was having a problem with my thermostat whereby in the morning it took forever to heat the engine up and if I used my heater, the engine heat would drop significantly therefore on Saturday when I had the time to deal with it I went back to them assuming that I would have to replace my thermostat whereby they took my auto in and did a thorough inspect and determined that the problem was due to a previous repair shop who resently replaced a cooling fan and had failed to top off the coolant fliud and as a result, air had become trapped in the system and therfore causing the problem, of which the Bargain guy's completed the job and put me back on the road and again @ NC, had I taken my car to an unethical shop and there are many out there, they possibly would have said "yep you're right, bad thermostat" $200 plus bucks. My advice if you want tires or service don't even think about taking your auto somewhere else. Go to Bargain tire and they're also super nice people read more

I just wanted to leave a note for Todd and the crew. Jesse Luke and Stewart were awsome including Chris everyone is always friendly and hard working. If you have a need they will address it and help you get back on the road in a reasonable amount of time .I appreciate the courtesy and the timing and hard work they put into whatever project I bring to them from tires to brakes to alignments... On more than one occasion these guys have went out of their way to provide me with the service in the tires that I've come to appreciate. I have 4 different vehicles that I take in . When I was in the hospital last may my wife got a flat tire right near closing time at home. I was able to Call and they sent service truck over right away got the tire aired up and back to the shop and got her fixed up and back on the road... did I mention no charge ? Who does that !!! On our way from Logan to Island Park, and realized my trailer may need the hubs greased and re-packed. The local tire stores did not have time and Bargain Tire (Andrew and manager Keith) took care of us! While taking care of the axle, they checked out my alignment and rotated my tires. I bought 70,000 mile tires from Bargain. Had less than 20,000 miles on the tires when one literally tore apart while driving. I limped the car into Les Schwab only to be shown that i had wires showing on 2 of the 3 remaining tires. I called Bargain and was told i had to have the tires on the car in order for them to do anything to help me. I couldn't drive any further on them with any safety and was still 60 miles out. I asked if i could put them in my trunk and bring them in. they said "sorry". I won't go back. Les Schwab is more pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. read more
