The parts and service department helped us immediately. Service tested the battery to make sure that it was the likeliest cause. It was a 5 year old battery and it failed testing. I posted a review previously about an item being almost double the quote when I went to have it installed. UPDATE HONDA WORLD reached out to me to resolve the issue to keep me as a happy customer. I suggested we meet in the middle in the pricing issue ( I knew the original quote was much lower than a quote I had from Roseburg Honda in 2022 We all know prices have skyrocketed for evertlything since). They waited till they had all the parts in hand to schedule my car. Upcoming appointment for this week.
