They do not agree that after a flooring job has been complete that a customer should Assume that their doors, including the FRONT door will open and close! Don't let the "SALE" price persuade you because they do not include or expect for a job to be complete. Terry actually said "well it doesn't say the doors will open" WTF! I have a 23 year old laminate floor that I love and looks great!! Our dishwasher was leaking…read moreunbeknownst to me. Eventually some of the tiles were separating. I have this floor in my kitchen, dining area and laundry room. No doubt the product was discontinued. Reinhold assessed the situation and developed a plan to save my floor-it would have been no surprise and much easier to sell me a new floor. They measured, matched and ordered similar flooring to put under my washer and dryer. Those tiles could then be used to patch the area in front of the dishwasher. When the installer arrived they daringly used tools to move, glue and caulk my exisiting tiles. Oh, and they charged me NOTHING!! What a complete surprise to be treated like family (I purchased this floor at another outlet that has since changed hands and offered no solution.) Need a new floor? Run don't walk to this fine group of professionals who solve problems and treat the customer with respect and appreciation. Once the floor was ready to go in, Rob the flooring manager came out to go over how things would work and to make sure that the product got delivered. On the day of installation I met Brian, who was the installer. After removing the carpet Brian realized that there were some issues with the wood floor underneath. Rob came out again and the two of them came up with a plan. Once Rob left, Brian was on it! He was not only incredibly nice, he was professional, efficient, and fast. He cared so much about making sure the job was not only done right, but was done in a way that would make me happy. In this day and age, good help is hard to find and keep, but it looks like they have found a way to do it. My husband and I love our new floor and we would recommend All Surface and Flooring to any looking for a quality job.

He was incredibly kind and professional, explaining their whole process and reminding me that I would pay only when finished and completely satisfied. The carpet cleaning was done very quickly and the carpets look beautiful and dried very quickly. A week later they came to do my air ducts in a three story older home. No miss, or fuss. Great professional. The equipment was clean and they were very careful of my hardwood floors and painted ducts. At the end they showed me before and after pictures, recommended a couple of vents be replaced and other hints to help keep things clean. The tech was very nice and professional. A follow-up call was placed to ensure I was happy and later a thank you card. So nice to deal with people and not "bots". To top it off this bid was just under half that submitted by Academy Air and there was no upselling. Highly recommend.
