I cleaned a small section and sent a picture and video of what I cleaned and what they cleaned. Mike came back out and said he fired the guy who did the job. After 20 minutes he redid the work and said nothing else could be done, the gutters were clean. I paid him full price for the work. I said I was going to complain and that pictures were worth 1000 words. The picture posted is what I took when he left. He said he would sue me for defaming his name and that charma would get me.
