This was a fun tour for my husband and I. Despite the rain, we had a great time! Our larger group ended up splitting into a faster group and a slower group. My husband likes to ride fast and we ended up riding with a fast group which was good. It was also really nice that you could rent a locker to put your belongings in. The only thing that I didn't like was when I went to put my water bottle in the jet ski storage, it was full of other peoples used water bottles. We opted for a tour after learning that due to all the rules about where you can and cannot go with boats and jet skis makes a DIY rental fairly complicated. These guys were great. They took us around the island and we were moving full throttle almost the whole time. About mid way we were given 30 minutes to "drive them like we stole them" in a very large area. Whole tour was about 1.5 to 2 hours and completely worth the money ~$300 for 2 of us on one ski (after tip and buying the extra photos). read more

No one is felt to be left behind or felt to be going to slow. Learning about the island and the history from the waters view was the highlight to my trip in Key West. We have two sons in their mid-twenties and a daughter that is turning sixteen. We were looking for a family outing that did not involve bars (Key West) as my daughter was feeling "left out" of some activities. So happy that we booked the Jet Skis. We had a blast. Had an amazing time on the jet ski tour! Mike our first guide made it so much fun! We had to come back a second day! John ( long blonde hair ) I think was our day 2 guy and he was great also! They both told some great storys and showed us great parts of key west! Loved having 30-45 mins to kinda do my own thing in the Gulf of mexico. If I could rate them any higher I would the whole team was great kept everything clean and safe ( with covid and whatnot ) and they had a gal get some amazing pictures for us! My wife and I, along with a couple friend of ours decided to do Billy's Jetski Tour. Let me tell you, out of our week-long stay, this was by far the best experience we had. We originally wanted to rent jet skis apart from a tour. We thought we would feel confined and not able to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Boy, were we wrong. After meeting Billy as he was advertising downtown, he completely sold us on his tour. They fully understand that people who ride on jetskis want to RIDE jetskis. The employee who led our tour instantly took off on the tour, and we had a blast the entire time. They also allowed 30 minutes of free time near the end of the tour for us to play around and have fun. Totally worth the money. If we ever come back to Key West, we will definitely be coming back for a jetski tour. read more

Took the jet ski tour which lasts about 1 hour 45 mins from the Atlantic side of the island at Casa Marina all the way around the island to the Gulf of Mexico, hung out there for a bit with free time to play then headed back over the top of Key West through the Cow Key channel. The sites alone were worth the ride and the guides were so nice. 2 young guys whom seemed skilled and well knowledgeable of the water, safety and the island. I was a first timer and had a tough time keeping up with the more skilled riders and Dakota was my wing man the entire time, reassuring me he was there and helpful. Thanks again guys. We did the jet ski tour around the island and it was fun! Loved our tour guide Mike! However, it started way later than anticipated because it took a while to gather people and have them fill out the forms, so maybe consider doing your own tour if you don't want to wait around. I would have also appreciated more heads up about the next steps from the owner -- it was my first time there and I didn't know what I needed to know. Does it make sense? Shoes on or off? Where is the locker? Can I use my phone while we're out on the water? How windy is it going to be? Etc. Rookie tourists can appreciate it and it makes it a more fun atmosphere anyways. They were also pretty agressive with asking for a 20% tip. I'm not an economist if a business is hurting, isn't raising fees the way to go? They asked for tips multiple times throughout the trip and it was a bit of a vibe killer. I was thinking about turtles and the Gulf of Mexico just to be reminded to think about the money. I'd rather honor the shop's fees whatever they are and tip at my discretion than have my arm twisted about it. read more

We had a great time on our sunset cruise. The weather was overcast and windy so we didn't really get to see the actual sunset, but we still had a lot of fun. The snacks & beverages were great and our captain provided a lot of interesting information about the island. We had written on our reservation that it was our anniversary and didn't expect anything of it, but everyone on board congratulated us. My wife did a ton of research before choosing these guys and the reason we ultimately did was the overall positive reviews. This was our 2nd time jet skiing overall and it was a fantastic experience. Came off a cruise port of call to Key West. Their shuttle picked us up and dropped us off pretty close to our dock. The 2 1/2 hrs was plenty. Lots of awesomeness! Guides: helpful fun and encouraging Tour: varied speeds, rough and calm waters, coupled with free time. Perfect combo. Overall: awesome. Why not 5 stars? The crew are obviously experienced, friendly, and cool. They are a little.... less polished and very slightly rough around the edges. One of them gave a sarcastic comment when my wife wasn't dressed for the occasion and need to change in the restroom. We were rushed off our ship to get to this excursion on time so I thought it was unnecessary to be that way to a customer. Ultimately no big deal though. They were helpful to those of us who were slower and new to the experience. I would recommend them. read more

This our 3rd time out with these guys. In the last couple years these guys have been nothing but consistent. Good gear, good guides, nice people, helpful, fast rides, just great! Look if you want to go slow or think the waves are too bumpy, or that you can't have fun going 40 mph over waves, stay in your hotel room or ride you bike around and get out of the way of people who want to have fun! We booked a sushi sunset cruise for our wedding anniversary thinking it would be relaxed and laid back and we were very excited to attend the cruise but to say it was disappointing in an understatement. We were scheduled to be picked up from our hotel at 5 but our driver didn't show up until 5:30 (the time our boat was set to leave) when he finally showed up he smelled like alcohol and was having a hard time navigating the hotel parking lot to get back on the road. When we finally made it on the boat it was overbooked. They squeezed 38 people on this tiny pontoon boat where people were having to sit on the ice chests because there was not proper seating on the boat. The group of people sitting in the back were very intoxicated and were so loud my husband and I couldn't hear one another speak sitting next to each other and to top it off they only brought enough sushi for about 25 people. The marina we took off from was on the ugly side of the island and we spent most of the ride looking at crashed boats and didn't get a good view of the sunset. The fact that they are charging people so much for this overbooked disaster of a cruise is ridiculous. If you are looking to just drink on a boat with a bunch of obnoxious drunks this is the cruise for you if not book with fury on one of their catamarans they are much more laid back and you have enough room and privacy to enjoy your special night. read more

Jet ski tour with Tom was spectacular fun!! We booked the Island Tour- about 2 hours. Convenience was this tour's middle name: Arranged through the concierge, left from the hotel pier. The tour took us around the entire island with a few breaks to take in the sunset. Had a spectacular view of the new navy ship, encountered a pack of breeding dolphins, and a relaxing time at the sand bar. FUN FUN FUN!!! The tour guide was great and so amenable to tourists- he took our cameras and took pics of us at various locations-- I would post one here, but I can't crop out my tummy without losing the view-- I prefer YELPers remember me as svelte and slim! ;-) Debating on taking another one today!!! ;-) Had a fantastic time!
