    I came in to purchase some work boots with a budget of $100-$130, and one of the newer employees Shawna was super nice and helpful. I was having trouble finding a boot that would fit my needs that was within budget and still available in my size, and she suggested a pair of red wing Irish setters. They were still out of my price range, but there was a sale occurring in a few days that would drop the price of the boots to under $100 and she kindly offered to set them aside for me so I could purchase them then. I love the boots. They're everything I needed and more and I really appreciate Shawna and her wonderful attitude and helpful customer service skills.

    All I can say is the owner of the store is one of the rudest owners I have ever heard. My daughter…read morebought some scrubs here and everything was fine. She came back to purchase some items for her clinicals. She had the receipt for these two items that were never used nor opened. She was told they could be returned with a receipt and unopened. I was with her in the store when the owner spoke very rudely to my daughter and said these clearly have been opened the pass package is dented in and we do not sell items like this. I walked over to the other items on the shelf that they had hanging for sale that were exactly the same, and all these were dented in also the plastic on them when I'd let her know how rudely she was talking to my daughter she said well this one time I'll return them but they're clearly opened. I said oh so you're calling my daughter a liar. She said not one word and refunded the money. My daughter nor I will ever shop here again and I'll tell everybody who's thinking about shopping here about our experience. Even after I posted this review, the owner of the store contacted me and said they apologized that I wasn't happy, but who would be happy when they've been called a liar or dishonest and who would wanna contact them back or do business with them I don't understand. There is nothing else to discuss regardless of whether they issued a refund. It's the principle of this bad for the bad review.

I called ahead of time to see which brands they carried in-person that had olive green and was able to have my question answered. However, I received a call back from the store about 20 minutes later from a different employee asking if I, myself, was uniform advantage, lol! I ended up calling back and speaking with someone else who informed me that the employee was new, but was definitely confusing.

July '24 I ordered a name badge and when I got the text saying it was ready I went into the store about a week or two later. They had another part of my order ready but no name badge. I remember being told "it's not ready" I had to come back the following week later just to pick this up. Mind you- I live over an hour and a half away as this is the closest uniform store to me. I had colleagues tell me " your vest is ready" and had literally no clue what they were talking about just laughed it off. To my surprise, I walk into the store and see my name badge on a mannequin. Front and center. I'm thinking how long has this been on there, I ask Wade (the guy at the counter) if I could have it after he admits they've had it up for months without my knowledge. He tells me to hold off on the transaction. Thinking he just has to put the product info he ends up charging me $22 dollars for this name badge. I go back in the store surprised I've just been charged. I explain I remember being told the badge wasn't ready when really it probably was just misplaced, and I had to come back to the store out of my own inconvenience, the products been promoted at numerous academies, and the only explanation I received was "it's only promoted to people who come in to buy and at the academy" Okay- not every one who may walk into that store needs to know my name- given my VERY unique and VERY uncommon last name. Professionally.. Unless someone needs to know my name-- I will tell them myself. My name was being "promoted" without 1) consent 2) knowledge and on top of the embarrassment they wanted to charge me $22 for a name badge that wouldn't exist had they had my order ready? No discount for my items, or even a store credit? There are other mannequins with peoples names on them being "promoted" and I don't think they would be happy finding out. Use J. Doe on your name badges for promotion of your name badges and not the names of actual Public Safety officials

    This place has a monopoly with many of the private and charter schools in the area, and they take…read morefull advantage of it. We went the weekend before school started during their very short hours of operation. We had to squeeze by lots of other patrons who had to get their school uniforms, too. Our school requires purchasing from this vendor! There is no other choice. The prices are sky high and the customer service is lacking! They did have all sizes of shirts, shorts, trousers, skirts, etc. But, hey, with the mark-up they enjoy on these items they'd be silly not to have a good inventory. Since so many families are forced to patronize this business, perhaps they could at least extend weekend hours for a couple weeks leading up to school starting. That would be a step in the right direction. But for now, plan to feel like a sardine and stand in line for a minimum of a half hour if you visit on the weekend before starting school. Good luck!

It took 5 or 6 follow up phone calls and e-mails for Dennis Uniform to FINALLY honor the order in DECEMBER (6 mo.) later. This year in 2024, placed order in late July and as of Sept. 25th they STILL haven't fulfilled the order and are predicting (guessing) it won't be until Oct 11th. - 4 mo. later to get a dress. The worse part is that the Customer Service dept. NEVER offers a rational/logical explanation as to WHY.. just that they are busy and are doing their best. Customer will be more tolerant and patient IF you offer some sorta meaningful reason and not cookie-cutter responses that amount to 'Oops! Sorry!' I don't know if it's badly ran management, that our School's uniform is made from rare materials or a super unpopular and hard to source pattern? Is it labor shortages? Do they purchase uniforms in batches and I'm placing my order just after the last batch was made? Like literally ANY explanation would be better than NO explanation. This is the ONLY source of the Uniforms right now. Something I'm attempting to change.
