I've been to several of the ladies here for waxing and all do a great job but In particular Diana and Stephanie are amazing. Both are so sweet and very professional! They also do a great job of getting EVERYTHING! No stubbles or hair left anywhere! And while I don't think any wax can truly be "painless", their techniques minimizes the pain in comparison to other places I've been! The receptionists are always polite as well. I only get on Yelp if I'm either really upset or really pleased...in this case, I'm so pleased! I used to go the location on Richmond but was excited when they opened a location on Voss just up the street from where I live. I've been to the new location a few times and it's always been top notch. I see Stephanie-Lys for my waxing and she always remembers me and asks about things we've discussed in the past. She makes it as non-awkward as a waxing could be. I haven't tried the other services but am hoping to try a facial here soon. The space is very pretty and calming just like a spa should be. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and how can you beat having some wine to relax before your appointment? During the pandemic, established clients received constant communication about the practices and procedures they were putting in place and information about them shutting down. Today, they sent out an email letting us know that despite the announcement from the governor that salons could reopen, they would be remaining closed until it was safe and I couldn't commend them more for their dedication to the safety and health of their staff and clients. Will continue to be a patron for as long as they'll have me! read more

Alexa is amazing! I have been going to her since I switched locations several months ago and let me tell you, she is worth the drive! I go for both my facials as well as bikini waxing (I use a lot of acne products or else I would trust her to wax my eyebrows too). Every time is better than the last! She discusses every facial option and makes sure to reassess your goals at each visit (acne vs. brightening vs. detox). When actually applying the products, she verbally tells you everything she is doing/about to do so there's no anxious anticipation. She also makes a point to repeatedly check in to maximize client comfort as well as check for any allergic reactions (I'm on the shyer side so even if my face was tingling, I probably wouldn't speak up/ask if this was normal). For waxing, she puts you at ease the entire time! Bikini waxes surround such an intimate area so the process can be inherently nerve-racking. Alexa's calmness and patience make for the safest feeling environment! Plus her attention to detail is unmatched! Whether it's a pesky pimple or an ingrown hair, she will make sure to get them all. I utilized the "request an appt" on Their page and Although I had an appt time confirmed at 10am with Christian , I got to the location and there was no record of my appt . I had heard that the Brazilian wax would be really painful from friends, however BNSB has amazing customer service. As soon as you enter you are received with welcoming smiles. The lady that attended me, Christiane B, was extremely attentive. Although I did feel the wax being peeled, it was a slight momentary discomfort. Through out the process, Christiane was comforting and and made me feel at ease. This place is definitely a place I recommend.to anyone who's a first timer. read more

Fabulous facial! They used Eminence products, which is one of the main reasons I went there. I was searching for a great natural facial line that I am able to use at home as well as when I go to get a facial. Eminence products are very highly rated, including a reef safe daily facial sunscreen. Now I can see why they are so highly rated! Great products but the real difference for me was Isabel. She was knowledgea and thorough in recommending a facial type and products for my skin. A bonus? Some of the products she recommends require mixing with water -- which is wonderful for me as I like to travel as light as possible. Great to not have to put them in my TSA bag! After scouring Yelp for days I finally came across this place. Other places either didn't have availability or were really expensive. I was looking for a quality facial that would help my recent breakouts. Just some background, I typically have decent skin but for some reason my skin had been breaking out and was feeling oily and clogged. I loved that they had open availability on such short notice. Not only that but they accommodated me when something came up in my schedule! When I arrived the receptionist was very nice and offered me a drink option. She took it a step further when I requested water and asked "room temperature or iced?" I was so impressed! Lol My esthetician was Joyce and I highly recommend her! She started by chatting with my about my skin care routine and asking about any issues I was having and quickly determined what items she was going to use on my face. She stepped out to grab the products she was going to use, as she explained they were totally customized based on your skin type. She returned and started on my face. I'll save the boring details but fast forward to the end where she was able to determine exactly what was causing my flareup. She finished up with the last of the products and my face felt wonderful. I left glowing and with new face products tailored to my individual skin needs. No pressure to buy their products either! They are also very reasonably priced, for sure. Everything smelled and felt wonderful and the staff was great! I have already recommended this place to several friends. I will be back with my mom next month to try other services they offer!
