First time here--the location is great with plenty of private parking. Staff was friendly and offered wine or water upon arrival. Facility itself was clean and small. It's like a little house. I tried the Vitamin C-awaken facial. It was suppose to be a one hour facial, but I checked the clock and it ended at 45 minutes. There was no massage, extractions, or steam during the facial. Not sure why any of that was not included? It felt like I got a double cleanse, applied an exfoliator of some sort (tingly sensation for the brightening), ice balls rolled onto face, cleanse again, and a cream. Wasn't talked through the steps of what is happening next except for the tingly portion that was happening. I wasn't sure if SPF was even applied at the end of the treatment. This was a different experience from all the other facials I've gotten and I get facials every month (different location). Overall, not a terrible experience. Cost is $140 for the facial before tip. read more

I'm a guy who has been shaving my private area for years but was getting tired of having razor rash, nicks and cuts. So, I decided to try waxing to see if I could forego a lot of hassles of shaving. Problem was, that I wasnt sure if it was even kosher to go to a salon employing women and asking for a full-on Brazilian or "Manzilian" as I like to call it. (Front back and everything in between). But the salon assured me that they have done many a male client. My second concern was my ability to control the expressions or my mini-me during the process as I didn't want to embarrass myself or make the esthetician think I was some sort of creep. Again I was assured it was natural and common and not to be worried or embarrassed. With that all said I love the results. I was assigned to Helen (perhaps because of the day of my appointment) but I am very pleased. She was personalble, made me feel comfortable with the entire process and did a fantastic job. I will go back, but I think this will be an occasional proceedure for me as the cost for what I want is a bit much for a monthly expense. Now if only I had someone to share it with :-) read more

I have been going to see Nelli for about 2 years now! The whole service as a general is very professional, very relaxing, and enjoyable. I normally go to see her every month to get waxed and every time she does an amazing job! she is also just an absolute joy to be around :). Then I finally decided to start waxing again and I went to Helen who had been recommended to me by my former esthetician. OH MY GOSH. I have never been waxed before without having a breakout afterwards, but Helen gave me literally the best wax job I've ever had. She is incredibly good at her job!! Had a very bad experience with them. I went in for a facial a month ago. Facial itself was nice and I even made an appointment for another one. But they have very bad business ethics. A day before the appointment my car broke down and I called in to try to reschedule the appointment. The dates were not working , so I said I will call again to reschedule. The receptionist did not inform me then that if I miss my appointment they will charge me full amount. The next day when they texted to remind me about my appointment even then they did not inform me about the penalty. I completely forgot to txt / call back as I was running around trying to figure out my. car situation and also trying to get to work. And y the end of they day I noticed they had charged my CC full amount of $195! I have been to physicians, dermatologist, other estheticians, and the most o have heard of is $25 to $50 for a no call no show. And that too they inform you before hand.
