I love this place. Time and time again. Best experiences ever, I leave beaming. Today I called to get an appointment and although there were no openings online. Francesca said she could fit me in between appointments if I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes. No problem at all. I don't want to go to anyone else but her unless I absolutely have to. I hate getting waxed. I fear those 15 minutes of hair ripping all day. But she makes you laugh and talks to you like you come in daily. I live between Chicago and New York and I hadn't been back since August and she remembered who I was and talked to me so casually. Professional but so so personable. She is very personable and remembers you and conversations you have with her so it's almost like catching up with a friend when you go in for an appointment. She talks to you through the whole waxing process (which is a great distraction). She is also really gentle, and makes sure you are as comfortable as possible. The fact that she generally uses hard wax for sensitive areas is very helpful, because it doesn't pull the skin or cause irritation. She is also extremely professional and timely. You are literally in/out of your appointment at your scheduled time. A *bonus* is that if you are a regular client (you have to get services every 4-6 weeks) you get 20% off every appointment, and a free wax after every 5/6 appointments. I recommend her 100%.
