I wish the tint showed up, maybe it needs to be on more than 1 second, although she did say if left on longer it would be too dark but I did not notice a difference. For the lash lift I am upset about this service. My lashes were pretty crooked/all over the place. The service also made a lot of my lashes fall out. I really wanted to love this. Even when I called then I was asked if I wanted to mask up and come in and I little taken aback at the staff and management's willingness to risk safety. I was then told well do you want to move it to later and my response was, "I will still have the flu later." They charged me but said it would be credited at my next appointment and it was. Fast forward. I have a birthday trip coming up and I originally booked my appointment for Wednesday morning but then changed it to Tuesday evening at 8:30. My car fob died and my car is push to start. I called them immediately and said I could uber but it would get me there five minutes after the grace period. They said I was the last appointment of the day so they wouldn't allow even though they're open til 9 and I would have made it by 8:45. I ask if I can come at 9 as they had complete open avails for Wednesday from 9 to 3 PM.. I was told no. I would be charged for tonight and then again the next day. I say this is ridiculous as I am a regular, this is out of my control and you've had no appointments all night except for me. I did not cost the business money. You are supposed to stay open til 9 and I have offered two solutions. I am not going to pay 150 for a wax because i am being double charged. So, I book elsewhere. This morning at 9 AM, I get a call saying they will grant me a one time courtesy to walk in between 9:30 and 4:00 as they have lots of openings. I state that I said this yesterday and they told me that they are enforcing policy and that yesterday I was told I could not make another appointment and this is different as it is a walk in. I said it isn't given that there's no one on the books. The point is, I could've been accommodated. I told them I booked elsewhere and I wont be back. Marking me as a no-show when I called ahead to explain what was going on is honestly a little crazy to me. They are so callous and cold. The front desk can be very non-chalant and rude. Happy to receive my services elsewhere moving forward. Update - they have responded saying this has happened multiple times. It literally has not. It happened one time when I had the flu. I had a doc appointment the same day and wanted to be proactive. At the end of the day your staff and this response is absolutely why I will not be coming back to your awful customer service. So I guess we are both fortunate and blessed. Calling me to offer an appointment I could have gotten yesterday and not allowing me to arrive three to five minutes after the grace period for a situation beyond my control is nuts. You close at 9. I would have been done by then. This establishment never needs to worry about me. Terrible management. Terrible staff. My favorite waver left and I will be following her regardless. She said she hated working here and your waxers consistently complain about how you make them uncomfortable and that these rules are unnecessary as you all do not stay booked - ie - all time slots open today from 9 to 3. Your turn over is high and it will continue to be because the establishment is run by raggedy, unkind people.

Francisca is amazing, very personable and nice!! Very very very fast Brazilian waxing. My appointment was at 1pm, I got there at 12:55 she was waiting and ready for me. I immediately went to the room and was done by 1:15. The fastest wax I have ever had. She uses hard wax (no strips) and for some reason it makes the pain less intense. I'm not saying it's painless (Francisca even says it will hurt) but the technique she uses makes the pain bearable. She takes bigger sections at once so the session isn't drawn out (I really appreciated that). She noticed I had thick hair so she put some solution on me so that I won't bump and so my skin will return to normal faster. Super affordable, $55 for an initial wax and she gives you 20% off every 4-6 weeks, then after you buy 5 services, the 6th is FREE! She has definitely made me a regular customer. Would definitely recommend her to others. read more

Since my first appointment in August, I have gone back twice for waxing, and the last time I was there, I asked Francisca about the Facials, since I always see all these fancy products in her room. I'm not very big on facials, and she said she would give me a 50%discount off any facial I wanted to try. Wanting to take advantage of the discount, I went for one of the pricier ones and I got the "Sea C Spa Facial". Oh my god! My skin looks amazing, and I have gotten compliments on it; I will definitely start getting facials from now on. read more

I used to put a lot of time into my brows, but over time, have lost interest in doing my makeup and, with that, a little bit of my "look". I wanted to start investing in my appearance again and realized...my brows were...gone?? They were patchy, light, and pretty much disappeared at the arch. There wasn't even anything for the makeup to stick to. While I have no idea what that is all about...I do know...I just didn't feel as pretty anymore and was ready for a change, so I scheduled a consult with Daina. I went in looking for something extremely natural looking, as I don't wear makeup and didn't want my brows to look goofy without a full face of makeup. She matched my shape and color perfectly...and I feel like myself again. In just the last few days I've been complimented by strangers, coworkers, and friends over and over. Most who knew me couldn't place what had changed, only that I was glowing and looked "so pretty!" Which was exactly what I was hoping to get out of this - not a glaring, dramatic change, but something that fit and complemented my face better than my natural brows were. As far as Daina, herself, I went into my scheduled 3hr appt with my AirPods expecting to listen to my audiobook because I'm anxious and awkward and wasn't sure what the heck to do for this length of time without a phone to scroll through.
