The salon in the Blue Lion Suites, you can park in a *usually empty* parking garage and hop right on into the salon. Her suite is off a quiet hallway allowing for maximum relaxation. I appreciate the ambient lighting and the calm atmosphere. Lindsey is SO funny and really makes getting waxed a pain-free experience (yup, every *there*). She is extremely professional and the space is clean, and free of clutter. I've gotten a facial from here as well and it was heavenly. She explained each step of the process. I think the things I appreciate most about Triple Threat is that Lindsey DOES NOT UPSELL. She doesn't push and prod into expensive products, or more services. If I have questions or needs she is certainly standing at the ready with her immense knowledge of skin care, don't get me wrong, but I like that I don't feel "sold" when I leave.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent appointment. The technician arrived 11…read moreminutes late and, to my memory, never introduced herself by name. When I politely asked how much longer it would be, her response was snippy and unprofessional. She even asked, "Why? Do you have somewhere else you need to be?" I explained that I had another appointment and would need to call and push it back. Her only response was an annoyed sigh. I had to decline an originally planned part of my service because the new product (an only option) used has something I'm allergic to in it. Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard. This is not the level of professionalism I expect, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I doubt I will return to this establishment and will definitely decline service from this technician.
