Was looking for a good chicken parm in the area and stumbled upon Bardolino. I wanted to give it a try, so I ordered it to-go. Thought it was a pretty solid place. The parm tasted alright, nothing crazy special. I'll probably be back for a quick slice one day. The workers were nice where they got my order in ASAP. Paid through Apple Pay, which was nice. I visited this pizzeria on 11/4/2024 @ 11:55 a.m. I attattempted a buy a slice and the guy was using his cell phone and preparing my meal. He had the phone at his mouth and utilizing his to the food. This needs to stop. This is a health risk to the public and you already have a PENDING GRADE in your window. SMH read more

Great, late-night pizza as others have mentioned. The pizza tastes consistently good but there are definitely better spots out there in the city. I love the grandma slice and the cheese slice when I need a quick snack. The pizza was on the sweeter side (which is how I like it) and the crust was really nice. Definitely recommend popping in here for a quick slice (to go, as they don't have too much seating indoors), but confirm that they are open since they have been undergoing renovations for the last few days. read more

3.09 for a decent size slice!! 4.00 on the Sicilian!!! The dough on the Sicilian is excellent the New York slice was a bit sweet but both excellent. Special slices all looked like trash and I never order them anyway. I read a recent review by a person that used the To good to go app. They were angry they only got 2 slices. No the man doesn't understand the way most places handle the app sales. He's under the impression the app is 2 slices to go. I got plain slices(he lets you pick what you want.Other places it's a surprise)and still saved money with the app.He even heated it up. That's the first time that has happened with me. Honestly though he should load people up with those special slices at the end of the day so he start fresh tomorrow. OS no counter help while I was there and he was friendly. read more

The Chicken Bacon Pizza is FIRE at Bardolino Pizza. We stopped here with 5 people and we ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Pizzas, and 2 regular Pepperoni pizzas. We sat inside and ordered some drinks too. I Just went to this place through the too good to go app. The app promises 3x value. So when you are charged 5.99 it says you'll get $18 value. They gave me 2 slices saying I was getting a deal because too good to go meant 2 slices. I explained and they were very aware of what was goin on and that it did not mean "2". I consider myself lucky to be a next door neighbor of Barodolino's. I love Bardolino's andvery time I have pizza from there my husband and I reminisce about all the pizza we consumed during our trips to Italy and always say how much Bardolino's kicks their butts. (Sorry Italia, there's just nothing like a New York slice, baby!) The owner and staff are wonderful, hardworking people, the pizza is good and asking to reheat it to "extra crispy" is the move. Delivery took about an hour and a half, the pizza wasn't too great, got a small cheese. I also got a pepperoni roll which was my favorite thing from the order, also got a few garlic knots which were good as well. All in all was an alright experience not great but not horrible either. read more

Im so thankful this awesome pizzeria is so close to work! Fresh Fresh Fresh slices errrrrrrday! The chicken/tomato slice really had me, i cant wait to try the other slices. The regular slice was good too. The man who runs the whole show is so kind and quick. Its a small place so i suggest grabbin to go ! But if there is room, have a seat and watch TV. An underrated hole in the wall pizza shop. I got two different slices from them: Buffalo Chicken slice and Bacon Chicken Ranch slice. Both of them I'd highly recommend as they were delicious. Must have been the chicken. I also got the Garlic Knots which were alright, nothing too special. It's all about the slices here. $7 minimum for credit/debit card use. read more

Other than being overly priced for basic pizza, This place recently got shut down by the health inspection and somehow paid the fines and was back up and running in no time. As you see, they still have a grade pending. Be careful eating here. And don't get upset if you get food poisoning. read more

I stopped in for a quick lunch with a friend. The place is absolutely tiny but good to grab something to go or for a few people to sit and eat. The pizzas looked fresh and the slices are huge. Unfortunately the pizza itself seemed pretty average, if that. It satisfied my pizza craving but that's about it! This business has first-rate ethics. So rare! They actually take customer service seriously. I had an unsatisfactory experience during the storm-of-the-year involving a delivery order. Of course, that situation was a formula for a poor result. Next day, I stopped in in person and spoke to the proprietor. He explained what happened without justifying a poor outcome and we came to a very amicable compromise. I will continue to order from them! To emphasize how reasonable he was, I will note that I don't get reasonable accommodations when due about 90% of the time. Most businesses either (1) don't care, (2) don't empower their employees to act, or (3) are outright scoff-laws. read more

Ordered through 'Slice' as I usually do and I spent typically $30 bucks tip included. My salad had a napkin or tissue in it. We contacted 'Slice' and they had informed me that Bardolino Pizza would give me a new salad. honestly, I didn't even have an appetite anymore after seeing and eating a napkin ( who knows if the thing was used! But tossed in my salad with dressing and everything) who would want anymore food at that point. When I went to get the food the delivery man had a frown and An attitude. I asked did he receive his tip and he ignored me. I then I tried to show him a photo of the salad with the napkin and he walked away. My family and I won't be ordering from this establishment anymore. I hope my experience is read and considered Shen ordering from this place. Clearly not hygienic or polite. read more

My favorite local takeout/lunch pizzeria nowadays. Two slices and a soda for 6$! I've had an eggplant parm hero from them as well, but other than that I've o my had slices. The little outdoor seating they have now is nice, but I'd recommend taking it out or going to sit in the playground or the little park on 96th. My favorite thing about Bardolino's is their hours, they tend to be open when all other pizza places have closed. A good NYC takeout pizzeria! read more

I truly feel bless to live next door to Bardolino's. It is everything I want in an NYC slice. It's cheesy, has the perfect amount of sauce, and they give you options of OPTIONS of TOPPINS!
