After seeing the damage, the manager, grabs her mechanic and asks him to check. They grab my BRAND NEW LOCK and try to tighten it on with their HANDS BRO I can't make this up. And then they tell me, "look! It works you're wrong." Right before telling me the brand new lock is what is damaged. They communicated in SPANISH, WHICH I SPEAK, but I guess she forgot so, and said to each other, "esta sobado" meaning the bolt is damaged. If you zoom in on the pictures you can see the difference between the 3 old ones and the 1 new lug nut. The 3 old ones have SEVERE signs of struggle which they did struggle to remove them because they didn't have the proper key so they had to use their own. And the brand new lock is where the problem lies......... YEAH RIGHT I highly recommend people stay away from here, these people are unprofessional as hell. I ultimately ended up getting a refund of $75 AFTER she tried to charge me $110 to fix the bolt they ruined. All this trouble for a $35 difference that could've been avoided if she had just agreed to fix what they had ruined. ZERO integrity ZERO character.

Problem number 1: the "complimentary inspection" was free, however them actually diagnosing the problem was a whopping $219.46. So, then the inspection was not free at all. Problem number 2: the quoted me at $2900 dollars to do the bear MINIMUM of repairs (air/fuel induction service, replacing an 02 sensor, MAF cleaning). Took it to another place, and I only needed to do ONE of those things for $300. Problem number 3: They insisted on me replacing my crankshaft main oil seal which would have cost me another $5000 dollars. Problem number 4: when I said this was way too much money for what I needed as I stated when I walked in that I only needed whatever had to be done to pass inspections and testing for registration and that I would come back to get my car, my Lyft to get there that is supposed to be paid for was not. They did pay for my one home, but not for the one back. Problem number 5: I only asked them to look at 2 specific things, the oil and my O2 issue, however they decided to also try having me pay another $10,000 in preventative maintenance services. problem number 6: They performed a service without asking me when I had clearly told them not to perform any service on my car after they provided the prices to me. However, they still performed the oil change anyway and charged me $119.95 for it. So despite me not wanting ANY service done, I still had to pay $389.53 just to get my car back and take it to another place. I simply cannot recommend this business to anyone when this is the kind of treatment and prices. If I had gone along with their business they were providing, I would've paid for more money in services than I would have just buying the car. I bought this car for $14,000. This place had good reviews, so first I called to see what the wait was like, then drove over. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. When I arrived, they asked me to scan a QR code to check in, that was neat. Although I went in for just an emissions inspection, the person who checked me in saw that my state inspection was due soon and suggested getting that done as well which I agreed to. Then I sat in the waiting area in the back and worked a bit. I wish I'd taken a picture of the waiting area before others arrived because it was so cute! When they finished the person who checked me out was also pleasant and chatty. He was reviewing my vehicle and what services I needed and I commented that it was much less than what my dealer recommended. He was very professional and said that the dealer might be more conservative but he believes in only getting what's necessary.
