I can see why. It's got that old English pub vibe, with interesting food concoctions like the duck deviled eggs. We also had the home made pretzels, Mac and cheese with bbq chicken and fried fish sandwich. The extensive beer menu is just an added bonus. Not that I ever plan to be in Williamsport again, but if I am - this would be my first stop.

Really fun and very local spot a short walk from the heart of downtown Williamsport, PA. Rosko's is…read moreindeed a brew house as it is a brewery...in a house. The establishment sits on the edge of a residential area which further adds to its charm. This is a seriously local place in all the best ways and I almost feel bad about spilling the secret on Yelp. The bar area is cozy but nicely done. There is apparently an upstairs/private room though I did not check it out. Rosko's also features a nice outdoor patio area. There was live music outside when we visited but the volume and music style were a great match for the seating. My companion and I easily carried on a normal conversation while enjoying the tunes. The brewery is small but the beers were tasty. Their list of offerings isn't huge but had a decent and approachable mix of styles. I certainly enjoyed my flight and will visit again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Williamsport.

When walking inside, the smell reminded me of an old basement, but it quickly faded. We had live music playing, which set the perfect vibe. The bartenders were quick and super friendly. Enjoyed a variety of appetizers and my favorite was the bread. The crust had a great salty flavor to it. Unfortunately, my entrée was forgotten about so I didn't get my plate of food until most of the party was done eating. However, this server was very apologetic and I just slipped on my mojito. Loved the street corn and the poblano crema on the potatoes. For dessert I had the ice cream sandwich, which was underwhelming. The cookies were too hard, a bit overcooked for my liking. Overall, I did like the variety of their menu and the overall atmosphere of this joint.

The fries we awesome the could've been a bit crispier but they were definitely fresh right out of the oil. The wings however were dry and tasted like they were pre fried but fried too long the second time. They were dry all the way through then drowned in barbecue sauce that wasn't really flavorful at all. I would have much preferred less sauce and a juicier wing. It was in a small town so not much to the ambiance. A basic tavern type of vibe. We went for lunch and barely anyone was there but I'm assuming it was better for dinner. Either way, I don't think I would be returning.
