Overall pretty unsatisfied with my experience. The quality of the cut itself is okay if not a bit…read morebelow average. Namely all my issues are a result of the barber seemingly trying to speed run the haircut. He took about ~12 mins to give me a mid skin fade. In the process, my back of neck got several scratches and marked up, took way too much off the top when I requested to just trim the edges, and messed up my beard. Furthermore, maybe if I were a walk-in then him trying to rush through it could make some sort of sense, I came with an appointment. However, I won't be coming again.

So, I walked in and asked if I could get a quick haircut. Just my luck Joe (the owner) was finishing someone up and had room before his next appointment. He smiled and said "Hop in the chair, I'll get you in right now". Besides the fact that I received the best cut I've had in years, I ended up spending an additional 30-40 minutes just talking. Now It's the same every time I go I'm there for an hour (Even though the haircut is done in 20 minutes). I'm not the only fan in my house. My 2 boys tell me they will never go anywhere else for their trendy "Ronaldo style" haircuts. Joe is the consummate barber. Always smiling, great conversation and the perfect haircut...always! Oh, and the ladies in the back salon have gotten great reviews from both my 14 year old daughter and ...19 year ... old wife. I could not reccomend this shop any higher...literally. The yelp only allows 5 stars or I'd have given Amante' 11 stars.
