In the process, my back of neck got several scratches and marked up, took way too much off the top when I requested to just trim the edges, and messed up my beard. So, I walked in and asked if I could get a quick haircut. Just my luck Joe (the owner) was finishing someone up and had room before his next appointment. He smiled and said "Hop in the chair, I'll get you in right now". Besides the fact that I received the best cut I've had in years, I ended up spending an additional 30-40 minutes just talking. Now It's the same every time I go I'm there for an hour (Even though the haircut is done in 20 minutes). I'm not the only fan in my house. My 2 boys tell me they will never go anywhere else for their trendy "Ronaldo style" haircuts. Joe is the consummate barber. Always smiling, great conversation and the perfect haircut...always! I started at 50 dollars everytime I would walk in for a haircut and beard trim, she went up to 65 for me, which I didn't agree with and still paid it. Never getting an explanation to why it was increased, except for them saying they "did more on my beard" mind you it's been the same exact haircut for 3 years (I'm painfully simple like that) to now being told it was 75 dollars and "do you want to leave a tip?" This has gotten out of hand. And I am being completely taken advantage of, I really loved going here, and will no longer be going because of it.
