My barber used a vacuum arm to suction the cut hair off of my neck and head afterwards. I've never had that done before. Nor even heard of it. But it was a nice touch! When another barber came in, Kathy began explaining the situation, the other barber states that the temporary will be $25 more and the permanent will be $60 more. Eventually, one of the owners or managers calls and she states that it's $20 for the temporary and $25 for the permanent. Either way there's tons of discrepancies in prices and overall was just a horrible experience. No offer by anyone to accommodate the customer as I told them I would have not even come here if I knew the prices were going to fluctuate by every person I spoke to. Horrible experience. She has a strong client base for a reason. The atmosphere of the shop is decorative and is spacious for people to wait. She has a small kitchen area for her guests along with a TV for entertainment. Biggest pro is the price of her haircuts. Men's basic haircut is cheaper than many others. CONS: There were only 2 barbers in this shop so they won't be able to make as many appointments as other barbers and can get backed up easily. Only accepts cash, no cards as well.
