Yobi did a great job boring out a bigger required door hole size as well as getting things in good alignment for deadbolt movement. He also analyzed all of the other door locks in the house for proper operation and provided very detailed comments on items to consider for future upgrades. 6 key copies were made and all of them work fine for locking and unlocking the doors. I highly recommend using A Anykind Lock & Safe for locksmith needs.

I checked Yelp and decided to try Auto Keys Now. They said they had both aftermarket and OEM fobs that should work and gave very reasonable quotes. Sadly neither fob would cooperate with my car. They said they would order the exact part number as my working key fob and come to my house to program and cut the blade key when it came in at no additional charge and nothing up front. Got a call from the owner Justin saying it was in and made an appointment the next morning. He was able to successfully program in under 5 minutes! Such a relief! Would definitely recommend over dealership prices.

So far, this place has been amazing. I called on Monday morning with a few questions. I threw my…read morecar key in the trash - yup, sure did. Trash came that night and my smart key/remote starter went with it. Sigh. John, the owner of First Class Locksmith, answered the phone and was unbelievably kind! He quote me around $130.00 to have a duplicate made. If I didn't have my spare car key to drive then he would have had to come to my location (which they do, by the way), but it would've been a lot more expensive. So, only $130.00, and that is about half of what the dealer chargers. Oh and, John needed to go look up the key and see if they had it in stock and asked if he could call me back - within 20 min he called. He truly shows his customers that he cares. You can tell just from first impression. He's just a cool, down to earth person. Definitely recommend using this place if you ever have a key issue - hopefully it's not because you've put your keys in the trash like I did though!

I would highly recommend NOT contracting services from this business. The technician (Kenneth) that…read morewas sent to me was incredibly rude and downright hostile over the phone and in person. He wanted to charge me a higher price than the one I was quoted by management (I called to confirm the total beforehand). I lost my keys out of town (dummy) and had been calling around 20+ locksmiths. Most places I called seemed to channel to a few call centers that would dispatch a technician. After getting the same call centers and the same technicians I was feeling like my choices were limited. Not to mention I could not get a set price from them. I would speak to one and get a price range with an up to $100 difference "depending on my system." It didn't sit right with me that they could determine the price once they got there, felt like bait and switch. I called a few more places some didn't do key fobs, but one did and referred Joseph. Speaking with Joseph immediately I felt knowledgeable and trustworthy coming through the phone. No fluctuating price to be determined once completing my vehicle. Not having to speak yo 2-3 people before speaking with the tech. A set price and speaking with the owner from the beginning, plus a year warranty on the key fob. Some things you just don't try to save a couple bucks...peace of mind and good service. With Safeco, Joseph, you can skip the headache and get what you need done right and fair.
