I was enjoying this barbershop and getting cuts with Daniele. However they raised the price of a haircut to $50 and unfortunately at the price point there's better options like 18/8, Hammer and Nails, etc. Black Orchid is nearby and offers cuts at $35 so will probably try there before going to 18/8 or Hammer and Nails. Wish they kept their pricing at $40- that's what is was worth but at $50 they're out of their league with competing luxury service providers in the area that offer a much more enriched experience. read more

I have tried multiple barbers at this location and have settled on Chuy as my regular. I just have not had a bad experience here yet. It is a nice shop with an easy to use reservation system on their website. A little hard to turn into the parking lot when traffic is high on 32 so beware. Can't listen to clear instructions and don't know proper technique for different hair types. Took off all my boyfriends curls when Drew was specifically asked to clean up the top and KEEP the curls. He wasn't given a mirror until after it was finished and was never checked in with about length or anything during the haircut. He is graduating this weekend. Super disappointed and unhappy. Seems like they need more education about hair and need to actually listen how to cut the hair how the client wants it. read more

I took my son in today and not only did I tell the man he wanted to keep his hair as long as possible but also had added these notes to the on line appointment request. He did not listen and cut ALL the hair super short my son has cried all day. Luckily it is hair and will grow back and maybe if you want a short cut or don't care what you get it would be fine. Went there for the first time yesterday and I'm really glad I did. I've been going to another place to get my haircut for years, but there's been a lot of turnover recently and I decided to give Barber Shop 32 a try. It didn't disappoint. There's just one barber, Eli, but he does great work. There were three others ahead of me when I first came in, but I was able to get out within an hour. The people here are really fun, and can pull off a pretty good basic men's haircut. With that being said, as someone who really cares for his hair I can not recommend this place for anyone who knows exactly what they want. I style my hair in a textured long quiff. I gave them exactly what I wanted, going into detail as to how to cut my hair. I received a buzz cut. They used the clippers, not scissors, on the top of my head. If you know men's hair, you know that buzzers on the top will just make hair fuzzy. The thing that's so frustrating is that I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn't do it. The sections bordering my forehead are HORRIBLY uneven, one being barely a centimeter from my hairline, and the other being a good inch off of it. These people can do a normal cut, and can probably do it pretty well. If you want something else, I really don't recommend it. It does hurt me to have to say this about a barber shop, but this isn't a place for a "style", it's the place for a shave or a basic cut. For my purposes, and hopefully of those who have a style they care about getting right, I will not be back. I think a barber shop should be able to at least make my hair symmetrical on both sides, which is why it's one star instead of two. I originally had it as two because of the basic cuts I saw, but I'm so frustrated that I wasn't even listened to about what I wanted, and that my hair is horribly uneven on the sides. I was also going to attach a photo, but it was hard to get a good one of both the sides. Sorry. read more
