I opted for the luxury haircut and beard service, and the quality for the price was truly exceptional. Ricardo completed the entire service in just under an hour, demonstrating incredible efficiency without ever making me feel rushed. There was a moment where I thought there might be a language barrier between us, but he spoke the most important language: hair! He understood exactly what I wanted. His technique was professional and incredibly gentle. I am prone to nicks and cuts at other places, but with Ricardo, I walked away without a single one--a genuinely rare and appreciated experience. As an unexpected detail, the aprons they use were the softest I've ever felt; they almost put me to sleep! If you are looking for a meticulous, gentle, and high-quality barber, I cannot recommend Ricardo Melean enough. I know exactly where I'll be going for my grooming for the next couple of years! Five stars all the way.

My 10 year-old son needed a haircut, and I figured this was a good way to find out if they were any good. If they messed up ... at least it was on someone else's hair! I'm happy to report that my son loved his haircut. His barber was DuMauriea "Thee Hair Razor" Williams. We had a little friendly banter about baseball, heard a story about the ginormous trophy he won at a haircutting competition (on display in the front window), and generally had a good time. My son said, "it was very fun and I love my haircut." While this looks like a solidly African-American barber shop, they gave my white kid an awesome cut too. No matter what kind of hair you need cut, I highly recommend checking out this place. I know we'll be back!

Joe did a great job cutting his hair and could still create some great conversation with him as well. One of the best statements Joe said to the kid was "Now if you need to get this touched up within the next couple days, it has to be in the morning and you have to bring me some Chick-fil-A, okay?" The mom just laughed it up and the kid said, "Yeah, I can do that." Joe just makes a big smile and begins dancing. Anywho, this place is filled with clocks on every wall packed almost to the point where you (almost) cannot see the wall at all. They absolutely do not take credit or debit. CASH ONLY Joe was my barber both times and got great cuts both times. The first time, I hadn't gotten a haircut in about 6 months. When he went to town on my hair, about 10 minutes later, he turns the chair for me to see the progress and I saw a big, mullet on the back of my head. I just had to smirk and shake my head at what I have come to with the length of my hair. He kept trying to persuade me to keep it because "The ladies would be all over it." I unfortunately had to tell him to continue, maybe in another life I would wear the mullet, but at that time I could not. I work at a Buca di Beppo soo... yeah, couldn't do that. lol Great guys work here, popping jokes all the time, can't wait to get my haircut again with guys. I would 100% recommend these guys.
