Instead of honoring my scheduled appointment, I was told I would have to wait. I'm on a tight schedule and specifically made an appointment because I had other things to take care of today. If you allow customers to book a specific time, that appointment time should be respected. The whole situation felt very unprofessional and showed poor time management. I was really disappointed with the experience and ended up leaving. I won't be coming back, and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend booking with Barber K if you need someone who is reliable and on time.
