Worst barbershop experience I've ever had. I showed the barber a photo of the goatee I wanted, which clearly showed a long Van Dyke pointed beard. Hit or miss on getting a quality cut - or getting any cut at all! Not much to say here, really. These guys do in fact seem to have some high-profile customers who are professional baseball players. That's terrific. And they do seem to do a really good job on THOSE customers. But I've been here now a half dozen times or so, and have probably had ONE really good cut. And once I had a hairline that wasn't even straight in front and looked terrible. Sadly, this wasn't caught until I got home. And on two separate occasions - the barber FORGOT TO SHOW UP. So, yeah - not sure they are that invested in their business, as that's simply NOT how you run one. Nobody has time to waste these days and we are beyond any pandemic-related excuses at this point. If I schedule an appointment, you damn well better SHOW UP to cut my hair. Otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere, and then tell the world about how you blew it, not once, but TWICE. Last, when I was in there recently there were employees NOT wearing masks! Though by law, any and all public-facing employees in any business in our city should be masked up. Guess they simply don't care enough about their patrons, or about themselves. This place is forgettable, and you are better off going elsewhere. Took my son to get his haircut and he showed the barber a photo of a fade style haircut. Barber was nice but his cut ended up looking nothing like the photo or how my son described how he wanted his hair - and barber styled it so that it was sticking straight up. We thought maybe when he got home, showered and restyled it it would look better. No such luck ... the barber cut the front in an odd way such that the hair at his hairline is short and then then the rest of the top is long, also he didn't really cut it in a fade style.
