The young man was kind and courteous and mentioned my valve covers were missing from my tires and offered to put new ones on for free. He then said he couldn't pass it unless I bought a tire from them. The price of the tire was almost double what I can buy it for at Firestone. When I told him I wouldn't buy the tire he said I had to pay for the failed inspection stating the law required it.
