I've been looking for a 2019 vette in the admiral blue for years! Either they had a ton of miles, accidents or too many owners. Finally a couple weeks ago I found my baby on cars.com. I called and Gary answered all my questions and was very accommodating to all my needs. He made me videos of the inside/outside of the car and made me feel comfortable buying without seeing it in person. No accidents and only 15k miles on it. I was so excited! They drove it to me today and I couldn't be happier! It's even more gorgeous in person. The whole process from start to finish was great! This is my 4th and final corvette, as I do not like the C8's. The ball was definitely dropped on Ashley (finance manager) end. I was told by her to call to confirm when I finally paid the car off and I did just that. She forgot to tell me to call AND to pay off prior BEFORE gap coverage expires if I can. I just missed out on money regardless of how much. My experience with this dealership was good up until now. I just might have to reconsider doing business here ever again because of her. And the fact I reached out months prior and she STILL did not confirm this when I asked as this was my first time paying off car what else I need to do on my end shows alot about her character. read more

Best car buying experience I have ever had. We weren't even looking just drove by and happened to see a GMC sitting out front and we stopped to look at it. Kenny Monk came out and brought us the keys, we looked at it, came back later and put down a deposit. They were great to us and held it for 2 weeks while we were gone to the beach. We came back and picked it up in September, 2019. It is the perfect vehicle for me. It has everything I had wanted on a vehicle and lots of things I didnt even know I wanted and has been named Uncle Jesse. Friendly Chevrolet? I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Friendly Chevrolet in Albemarle in June of 2022. I picked up the vehicle and in less than 15 miles from Friendly Chevrolet the engine light comes on. I called, was told to bring it back in and they would check it out. So I took it back and given a loaner to drive and was told it would be a day or two to get the truck back. A few days later I pick up the truck and the next morning engine light comes back on. Same codes. Needless to say it had to go back again. This time they did come pick up the truck and left me with another vehicle to drive. I get the truck back and the light comes back on with in minutes of driving it. They say third times a charm but I wasn't getting anywhere with Friendly Chevrolet and the fact that this was a lemon car, three times it had to go back for the same problem. I guess the lemon law isn't in effect with this company. So after the third time, this being the fourth, I called to see if they were going to do anything about it and they said no, there's no warranty. But they had to fix the same problem three times and now, it has been sitting since December with a bad transmission. This truck had 114,000 miles on it when I got it and now it sits with 118,000 miles on it, $375 a month plus insurance, So I make my payments for a truck that I cannot even use. Friendly Chevrolet customer service is absolute garbage. I would not recommend you use this company for any kind of service or buying of vehicles. It's lick it and stick it with a Band-Aid to fix it and push them out the door, it's not our problem anymore. read more

Worth the drive from Raleigh! My wife and I were looking for a white Buick Regal GS and we found one in Wendell NC at a different dealer. We test drove it and liked the car, but the salesman was awful. Really high pressure sales, and had no idea how to talk to a potential customer. He didn't really know much about the car, and blatantly lied to us. We decided to let that car go because I could not see giving them our money. We found an almost identical car at this dealer but it was about 2 hours away from Raleigh. We called and spoke to Nathan and he was AMAZING. Right to the point in answering questions, responded to emails in minutes, and no sales talk. Just honest, direct, and extremely friendly. We drove last weekend to pick it up and love the car.
