I order online to pick up most often to save time for them (and me). Know if you show up before closing they will do their darndest to help, but if you can... don't be "that person" - give them a chance to go home on time. Last visit I needed a tub faucet handle because the set-screw stripped out. Sucks but... bad design isn't their fault. They had a nice genuine manufacturer part in stock and ready for me. I didn't know that there isn't any warehouse staff to pick online orders on Saturdays, but the counter staff had seen the order come in and knew to get it for me. AMAZING! I even asked for pictures before hand so that I could give you information on what could or couldn't be done to try and save a trip out there. When you asked for me to come out to your lake lot (an hour and a half away, one way, so a three hour total trip) thats when I said that I would need money to cover my gas and time, on my day off no less. I advised you well before booking the site check and you even cancelled it once. you were never forced to book the site check. Once out there I had measured everything up for the wood fireplace as we discussed and planned beforehand, once I told you and your husband where it would stick out (3-4 ft into the room due to your roofline) you swapped over to gas, I measured everything up as well for the gas fireplace but there was no real way to get gas to the location you wanted so you then asked for electric fireplaces. I measured up for that and you had asked if we do all the finishing work and tiling etc, which we don't, so I advised that if you wanted a contractor to do that that I could give you the name of someone who could. I also mentioned that he could install the electric. while he would be doing that work as it would save you money on trip charges etc. so after three hours of driving and an hr of being there, I don't think $200.00 is unfair for 4 hrs of time and expertise. I get that you are upset that you paid $200.00 for a result that you didn't want, but my duty is to give my clients honest and proper information. The crazy story that you post as a way to get back at me is quite petty if you ask me but you do what you need to do. I reached out to Trail Appliances and they told me to contact Bosch, I contact Bosch and they tell me to contact Trail Appliances. Trail appliances would not offer any type of solution - so I offered a solution to Trail for the unmatched appliances. I offered to bring in a stainless steel swatch and match the Micro/Oven combo unit to exchange for any other brand that would match to the refrigerator. They would not exchange the appliance - they offered me another appliance at COST price. I did not think spending more money was the solution Trail Appliances should have offered to their customer. UPDATE: Your March 11, 2026 response to my review is inaccurate. You mentioned that you advocated on our behalf with the manufacturer and solutions were offered. That is simply not true that you or Bosch offered any type of a solution for us. The issue had nothing to do with the new matching the old appliances. They didn't even advise us whom could repair it. I had to get a hold of Dacor corporate to find a repair company. In the end, Dacor doesn't make the parts anymore so we have to buy a whole new range. Trail is selling equipment, deemed as high end, like Dacor, that is not serviceable and doesn't last. I would really do your research and find a supplier who has better after sales service, than Trail.

He didn't approach us at first (he was on a telephone call) so we got to browse a bit before hand. When he was free, he asked what we were looking for and if we needed any help. We did. He explained to us what the best kind of mattresses were for side sleepers and what were best for back sleepers. He showed us the different coils that came in the different brands. He was sooooo helpful! We laid on a few different mattresses and figured out what we liked best. They had some great sales on too. The one we liked best was even one of the sale items! We didn't buy anything right then and there but we did take a business card and I know that when we decided to buy that mattress, it's him we will be going to see. He was really helpful and really great. It's the best place for mattresses that I've ever been to!

No clean up just good chats and good food. Take the recipes home and try them out. And if you're considering buying a big ticket item this is a great way to try out some of the machines cause we used so many of them so what a great way to try before you buy! The classes are in the evening so there is no worry if other people bugging staff. Be prepared to stay a little late since we are learning and then enjoying a meal. Totally worth it.

They have tons of spices and baking ingredients plus more in the pantry. I found the prices on these items quite reasonable considering this is a smaller local business that is family owned.
