I think they specialize in immigration law so maybe they are better at that. I was hit by a car as a pedestrian while crossing the street with my dog. Luckily we are both ok now. It was very hard to communicate with this firm. My request for updates was often ignored or just overlooked. I was asiigned one of their employees to reach out to, they were difficult to reach. I would leave voicemails and send text messages that got no response. Once I was finally able to get ahold of them, they would advise that I reach out via text, as if I hadn't already done this. Received basically no money but of course they took their cut. I really wish I had gone with a different lawyer. I feel like my case wasn't important to them. My finally letter was even addressed as MR when I am a women. It was also in Spanish. At all times I communicated in English and never even implied I spoke Spanish. I think maybe they just need to stick to immigration law. read more

I'd give 10 stars if i could. Barbara helped me with my accident where the guilty party's insurance company wanted to claim my car (that was only a year old) as a total loss and pay me peanuts! I was also injured. Marisol at the office was very good too. I never had to follow up regarding my claim, my physical recovery (with top doctors taking care of me), or with body shop issues. Barbara explained everything to me in detail patiently when I had questions, and she is one of the most professional and compassionate people I've met. I had an accident at the beginning of last month, an Amazon delivery vehicle struck me while I was trying to cross the street. One of their paralegals came right to the scene of the accident, like a vulture, and offered this firm's services. He was eager to take the case and assured me he thought there would be a settlement as long as I followed instructions and went to all my appointments. A month goes by and I was going to all my appointments like instructed, and I get a phone call one day from the firm saying that they couldn't represent me anymore because the police report blamed me for the collision. They said I could try to consult with another attorney if I wanted to. Not only that, but they also had the nerve to tell me I would be liable for the medical treatment I got if I got a settlement. Forget that. I have never needed legal services before and these guys left a bad taste in my mouth about lawyers. They are the definition of money-hungry ambulance chasers that will leave you high and dry the moment they feel they can't get any money and will still have the nerve to tell you that you owe them just in case you happen to get some. read more

I want to start off by saying that the law offices of Barbara M. Rodriguez is hands down the BEST I have ever worked with. I had a huge and extensive car accident case, in which my recovery took about a year. What was worse of the entire situation was that I went through two previous useless lawyers that literally only wasted my time. They under-informed me about many things, I was always lost and confused about everything. In fact, these previous lawyers even refused to help me with large portions of my case. In the state I was in, I was unable to do much for myself and felt having a lawyer was absolutely pointless. I was truly left on my own on lots of processes on my case and became anxious and saddened by it all. Thank God I had my mother to help on many things. My mother literally did more than by two previous useless lawyers. It was just terrible. However, with lack of experience, my mother and I were still lost and needed someone to rescue us. This is when someone referred the offices of Barbara M. Rodriguez. I was truly amazed at how fast they picked up things in my case. They informed me so well on the entire case and all its processes, that I no longer was confused or lost. Unfortunately I have to state that I am very unsatisfied with the services that Mrs. Rodriguez and her firm provided. They were very unprofessional. It is sad to state that as their client I had to call them or email to get updates in my case. When they would finally get back to me they would go around the questions and never provided a sense of looking for the well being of my person. The chiropractors affiliates with this firm don't even evaluate you correctly. Finally when it came to get my settlement they stated a certain amount in my documentation and ended up providing more than a thousand dollars less.
