They scheduled all my doctor's appointments for check ups and my appointments for rehab. Followed up with continuing care and physical therapy for over a year. They did all that they could so that I solely could focus on my recovery. But It's currently 2026, so why am I writing this now? Let me explain. A year after my settlement was completed, I was getting mysterious calls for collections for my ambulance ride. However, the bill was never sent to me to verify the debt. Michael assured to me that the paperwork they sent was not the right paperwork to verify. But me being skeptical was still afraid and overly cautious because I'm a person who pays all his debts, and didn't want my credit score affected. So Michael suggested that he can hold some of the settlement money as a "just in case" fund until the statutes of limitations expire. I think I can say that for any normal person, this would also seem to be a kind of sticky situation to take on as an alternative, right? Because this agreement requires trust. But in the end his team wrote a contract and I agreed and signed to hold the money. Now to why I'm writing this now; it has been years past since the settlement. To the point where I forgot the statute of limitations timeline. I was contacted by Michael late December of 2025 to schedule an appointment first week after the new year. It was our final appointment and I just received the last portion of my settlement that I forgot about! So trust was definitely earned and received. Excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend Patricia Rodriquez with Rodriquez Law Group. In good faith I went to the banks to try and work something out, the banks were arrogant and did not care if I lost my home. I was angry at their attitudes so I turned to Ms. Rodriquez for help. She explained the terms and I agreed to them, knowing that she was going to put in a lot of time and energy to represent me. Never once did she EVER promise me that we would win against the bank, (what lawyer can or does promise that....NONE!) in fact she was very honest about the situation. The first time we went to court, she submitted 4 examples of where the bank did illegal transactions and the judge threw out 3 and awarded us a measly settlement for one. That is when I knew the system is corrupt, NOT Patricia Rodriquez. She is the one against all hope fighting the goliath trying to save peoples homes. Most home owners do not want to give up, we want to try everything possible. Clearly the judges pension was with that bank. Patricia did not stop fighting there, she fought until they pulled back. I did not keep my home but was very pleased at the job Ms. Rodriquez did on my behalf. I referred her to several people I came across in the same situation and all had the same great experience I did. They all had hope but at the same time had reasonable expectations. I've reviewed her law firm comments regarding a couple negative reviews and the law firm has a consistent business defense that makes plenty of sense to me. When you've dedicated a decade of your career to defending over 1000 clients with a 95% success rate there has to be a few homeowners that won't be satisfied regardless what you say or do for them. I took the time to go read all this law firms hidden reviews that YELP decides in some algorithm formula that arbitrarily hides perfect 5-Star incredible reviews. However, it seems their "non- biased" algorithm NEVER hides any possibly fake negative reviews. Our attorney was Patricia Rodriquez. A bit of a street edge (in a good way!) mixed with incredible knowledge and energy and laser focus!! She explained everything in detail and was extremely patient with the most mundane questions. I witnessed her in a three day trial and she didn't miss a beat from the tiniest scrap of information. She is incredibly intelligent, spunky and sharp as a tack! Highly professional and tireless. I can't say enough about her. If you ever hire her you are in terrific hands! Good morning, I was having an issue with a tenant in regards to paying rent (pre-covid) and also removing the tenant after getting the court judgement to evict. So I went online to a chat room for Apt managers and posted my questions and concerns. Thank you for all the great work and time you put into this case. Not forgetting your god gifted negotiating skills you brought to the table to bring that price down. When the opposing counsel said lets just meet at a kinda fair but high price (which was hundreds of percentages lower then what they where originally asking for), a lot of other attorneys would of probably forced that price on there client to be done with it, but Rodriguez kept pushing & brought that price down even further to something that was painful but that I could afford and I will always be grateful to her for that. read more

She won't hand it to you. Only a link to pay. Why I think she does that is because the charges will be disputed right away and she will loose her chance of over charging. I can't say anything about the other lawyers in her law group but Christine Gille will rip you off. I challenge her office to make any comments here so that I can reply back to it.
