Dr Lebron is fine, unfortunately the women who work the office are horrendous. Rude, bitchy and with horrible attitudes. I called in because of a staph infection (I'm diabetic) and she was so rude about not being able to fit me in. And said I should go to urgent care. They've told me 3 times now to go to urgent care instead of making an appointment. She even said they have room in the morning. But wouldn't help me. People like this shouldn't be dealing with people let alone patients. I will never come back here and truth is these disgusting women are ruining her practice. I know they have nothing to do with the Dr and her knowledge but it's these trolls that we have to talk to every time We need help. I'm so disappointed and angry that they allow people like that to work in the medical field. I bet if Dr Lebron knew this she would not be happy. Don't go here read more

This so-called doctor ... is the very WORST doctor I've ever been to ... They kept me in the office for many hours ... unnecessarily ... The person that has been referred to as nurse ... Bertha ... in fact is a medical assistant and cannot spell any of the medications that I gave her ... and when I requested that she fax test results to my gastroenterologist she said "if and when I have time" ... how's that for a dedicated employee??? and she lied and said she'd attempted to fax 3 times but it didn't go through ... SHE'S A LIAR ... AND THAT'S THE TRUTH ... The medical assistant ... at the end of this totally unnecessary timing ... stated "okay ... give me only two reasons AND ONLY TWO that you want to discuss with Dr. LeBron" ... I could not believe my ears ... she had the nerve to tell me I had only two issues that I would be able to discuss with Dr. LeBron ... The doctor didn't allow me to speak ... I guess she merely likes hearing herself speak ... and most importantly ... after having three ultra-sounds ... complete blood count ... the doctor never spoke with me RE the results but her patient coordinator Grace gave me the results ... which totally disappointed me ... mainly because I had several questions RE the results and the patient coordinator wasn't truly able to answer my questions ... as a matter of fact she was very nasty to me when I was put on "hold" and because I live at the ocean I don't have a great connection RE my cell phone ... and so I hung up and called back and she accused me of having hung up because I didn't want to stay on hold ... SHE IS NASTY ... I have never been to an office whereby all were unfriendly and uncaring ... with the exception of Ydy ... she was nice ... The reality of the above is that someone needs to report Dr. LeBron to the AMA due her negligence RE not discussing my test results as a doctor should but had someone else advise me of the results ... giving me no indication as to what to do RE the results ... AND THE REASON I WENT TO HER IS BECAUSE I NEEDED TO BE CHECKED OUT AS TO WHETHER OR NOT I WAS PRE-DIABETIC OR NOT ... Dr. LeBron is supposedly a primary care physician as well as an endocrinologist ... the reason for both is that she doesn't have enough patients RE her endocrinology practice ... hence had to take on the primary care physician route ... to increase her patient status ... She needs to have her license taken from her ... She shouldn't even be referred to as a doctor because she's a joke ... she's unprofessional and rude ... curt and I have never met a doctor of her calibre ... and I've been around for a while and have met many a doctors in my lifetime and have many physicians in my family in New York ... I know a good doctor when I see one ... and Dr. LeBron has several great reviews but I believe these are elderly people who just are content with anyone speaking with them or she might have had someone in the office write those reviews ... I had a great experience at Dr. Lebron's office recently. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff. I was able to have my blood properly drawn on site by a kind Nurse who knew exactly what she was doing. Dr. Lebron throughly asked about my medical history, current concerns and medications. There was a referral specialist to help immediately refer me to the specialists I needed. Also, Dr. Lebron and her referral specialist were both able and willing to talk about each specialist I was able to see within my network. All in one visit I saw the doctor, easily got my referrals, and all of my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy within the building the same day. The pharmacy in the building has a good relationship with the doctors so they are able to frequently communicate together. Thank you Dr. Lebron for making it a smooth and easy transition as your new patient. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! I Took my wife to see this doctor during pregnancy with a borderline high blood sugar test and no history of diabetes. When she walked in, Dr. Lebron didn't even know my wife's first name and clearly hadn't taken the time to review her chart. Despite that, she immediately wanted to put my wife on insulin and wasn't willing to discuss any other options really. She was completely unreceptive to the fact that we were questioning her, so needless to stay we left the office immediately. It wasn't so much her suggestion as it was the way she did it and that she wasn't willing to take the time to discuss anything. For the record, we went to the center within Torrance Memorial and they gave my wife a glucose monitor, supplies, and an incredible amount of materials to help her manage her blood sugar levels during the pregnancy, which she was able to do with diet and exercise alone - NO INSULIN! Completely healthy pregnancy and no remnants of a diabetic condition since...even through another pregnancy! It was clearly gestational diabetes, which I am not sure if this doctor even is aware is a possible condition! My impression is that she is a quack doctor who was looking to take the easy way out and wasn't willing to spend the time to work with a patient. What she did was borderline malpractice in my book, so avoid this office at all costs!!! read more

I FEEL SO STRONGLY DISGUSTED BY THIS DOCTOR THAT I AM POSTING THIS LENGTHY COMMENT, NOT BECAUSE I HAVE SO MUCH TIME IN HAND, WITH TWO YOUNG CHILDREN TO TAKE CARE OF. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH THE SIMILAR UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE THAT I WENT THROUGH, I SUGGEST THAT YOU DON'T GO TO THIS STRANGE DOCTOR. She really is the rudest doctor I've ever seen. I agree 100% with Nanci P. and Susan E, who posted here already. I saw this doctor twice. First visit was just ok, so I thought I would give it another try. The second visit made things very clear. I initially scheduled an appointment to get a physical in April and got to meet the doctor briefly and got some blood drawn. I wanted to make an appointment for a full physical exam after this initial appointment. The office staff said there is nothing available until mid August, so I made the appointment. Come August, I showed up at the office only to be told that my appointment is not until two days later. The office staff says I need to show them the actual appointment card with the date written on it for them to reschedule something sooner, or else there won't be anything available until mid December. They would let me come in sooner than December if I have the proof that it was their mistake. I came home and found the little appointment card that had that day's date clearly written on it. I scanned it and emailed it, as I was told. No one contacted me, so I had to call them in few days to ask for another appointment. Don't know why I even went through all this hassle when I should have just said "adios" at this point, The nurse says they're accommodating for me, so I need to come in on September 4th at noon or they don't have anything for a long time. Can you believe this? Their office staff made the mistake and messed up my schedule, but they're claiming they're doing me a favor?! Anyways, I show up on time on September 4th and waited 51 minutes to finally see the doctor. She called my name wrong, so I said it in a correct way. She immediately snapped at me and claimed that she said it right. Then she freaked out about not having my file/chart in the room to her nurse. She must have had a terrible morning that day, because I have never had any doctor treat me the way she treated me that day. She was extremely rude with her body language and words. Her general attitude was very negative. By the way, she never once apologized for the long wait, as how a normal doctor would do in that circumstance. I asked her how long would it take to do the physical because I was originally told by their office staff that it would take one hour. Well, it's already been almost an hour since I arrived in this office and the actual physical examination hasn't even started. She snapped at me again and wanted to know if I'm gonna get the exam done or not. When I asked her what I did to deserve this rude treatment, she said she was just frustrated with the system. At this point, there was no need to sit there anymore, so I told her that I don't feel comfortable getting this exam at her office. She had to throw in the last word by saying that I just wasted her staffs' time and that she will continue to have a great day and that she wishes I have a good day. Yes, she did say that. This old lady's got some major issues, perhaps personal problems? I've been in this office four times, and I did notice there were mostly older Hispanic patients in there every time I was there. If you can speak English and don't want to be treated like an unwanted customer at some discount store in a return line, DON'T be a part of this ridiculous joke! read more

My complaint with this doctor was with her front office. The primary person was repeatedly rude and would cut you off mid sentence. I always felt like I was irritating her but she wouldn't listen to any explanations. The final straw was when I called one morning complaining that I had sudden complete hearing loss in one ear. She said "The soonest I can get you in is in four weeks"!!! She never consulted with the physician or even the nurse! Just decided she had enough on her plate that day. That was it. I left and never looked back. I called another Dr. whom I didnt even know and he squeezed me in that morning! He explained to me that there is a neuritis that can occur in the ear that would cause my symptoms and if not treated right away you would have permanent hearing loss. Dr. Lebron is truly the best!! I've been her patient for 13 years. My mom has been her patient for 26 years and I can't imagine seeing any other Doctor. Her staff is great. I feel completely at ease when I'm there. She's very thorough, and if i have questions her explanations are very clear. In the years I've been there I've seen them take care of some difficult patients with major attitudes but they deal with them with style and grace... it seems they are rearing their ugly heads here too. At my age I've seen many Doctors which none of them match up to Dr LeBron. She takes time and explains every plan of exam and treatment. My daughter referred me 3 years ago and since then I've referred 4 happy patients of all ages. Yes the front office had a problem some time back but she corrected that with her patients feedback. I have known Dr. Lebron over 20 years. I've followed her from Lawndale to Harbor City to Torrance (where she practices now). My mother recommended her to me back then. Dr. Lebron treated my mom very good over the years and my mom loved her very much. I like Dr. Lebron because she works with me and is very thorough. I like her office staff and they are all polite and warm to me. No matter how busy the Dr. is...she always spends enough time with me to answer all my questions. When I am very ill and need a speedy appointment., I am usually able to see her the same day or the next (I don't mind the extra wait). read more
