I've been here a few times to pick up foster pets for a local animal shelter. I've picked up about 5 animals from this location and usually I have a great experience. Once, I picked up an animal with a few fleas. The vet had already treated the animal but all of the fleas were not dead when I picked it up. This was annoying because I did get few bites and had to re-treat the animal once home. Overall, I might come back but I would ask those questions prior to picking up the animal to prevent any insects entering my home.

I brought my 3 dogs here today and it was an overall great experience. Due to COvID they are doing curbside service, but What I loved is they kept me informed of everything, they grabbed my puppies one by one and they came to my car to explain all to me, how my dogs behaved and made sure all was taken care of. Amber was super nice front desk lady and the vet was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention sweet! I'm definitely coming back. My dogs walked out stress free with a smile on their face

George. He's over 12 years and has hypothyroidism and stage 1 renal failure.

Great experience right from the start. We had cats there for many years and always had good and fast service. Highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My pet sitter is Lisa, and Robin (the owner) is always…read moreon top of everything. Their system is extremely friendly, you can request your visits online and even within a couple of hours, they can respond and visit/walk your pets. I found them on Yelp about 2 years ago. We travel a lot for work, and at the time we had an elderly Great Dane, who needed special attention and being a deaf and partially blind dog, it just added up to how careful you need to be with him. I was impressed how Lisa was able to connect with him. I could tell that he loved her, because even towards his last days, where he could barely walk he would get really excited to see her. Something that gives me extreme confidence in them, is they send a text message after every visit with pictures of your pets. Some of my best pictures of my dog came from Lisa. But going back to the text, she never waited for a situation to escalate to let me know about it, she preferred to get ahead of the curve and let me guide her on how to proceed. Remember my dog was old and due to age had a lot of health issues at that point. Now we have two Great Danes one is10 months old and a recently rescued one of 7 months old, that she will be taking care for, even when the youngest one is very scarish, as he's a rescue, I know she will do a magnificent job taking care of my babies. Thank you Robin and Lisa!!!!!

Communication is wonderful - they send pics of the dogs and a little update about everyone each time they visit. It's such a relief to have someone let our dogs out in the middle of the day when we're at work.

Five star vet right here!!!!! The ladies at the front desk are always sweet, friendly, and…read moreresponsive. The lobby is always clean and if a dog makes it dirty they quickly clean it up. Now I cannot rave about our vet Dr Kaala enough. She takes her time, builds our dogs trust, and genuinely cares. From the moment she walks in the room, she is calm and kind, she gets on his level, and she takes her time to let him warm up. She is a wonderful example to her staff and sets a perfect tone. No matter how many times our dog walks away from her, she keeps her cool and encourages him back. She talks us through his care and makes sure all our questions are answered (yes we are those very involved dog parents). Dr Kaala is truly a gem and we are so grateful to have been recommended to go to her. We drive 40 minutes just go to Tiger Tails based of a recommendation from a friend who also drives that far! Dr Kaala is worth it and after two visits now we are clearly not going anywhere else.

Tiger Tails had been my dog's primary vet for at least 4 years. I brought my dog to Tiger Tails…read moreafter an emergency hospital visit the night before due to vomiting and fever. The emergency hospital had given him a fever-reducing shot that was supposed to last 24 hours. When we arrived at Tiger Tails first thing the next morning, we clearly told the staff and doctor about this and that it had only been 12 hours since it was given. The doctor took his temperature, did a quick checkup, and said he was fine -- then sent us home. We had pleaded that it was strange he wasn't eating or drinking and he was vomiting with hints of blood, but she kept insisting that he may have just ate something bad or just elder dog symptoms. Just 13 hours later, my dog passed away. I trusted Tiger Tails to take our concerns seriously and to monitor him properly after everything he had been through, but I feel that they dismissed his condition too easily. I am heartbroken and will never forget how this was handled. Please be cautious and make sure your pet gets the thorough care they deserve.
