I went with the brows + lip combo for the first time which is a deal (usually $15 each but $28 as a combo) and she was very gentle since I hadn't gotten my lip threaded before. Overall a very seamless process, from checking in on the iPad upon arrival, to paying with Apple Pay / credit card at the end. They do offer packages with holiday discounts as well if you are interested in becoming a regular customer!
