(Lots of kids screaming ahead of us that were running around, so I'm assuming more.) We were worried that we wouldn't be able to get back to our seats in time with a long line like that. One big reason the line was also moving slow was that we only noticed one poor worker that was working the crazy line. We left her a tip of $3.00 for our 3 cones to thank her for her hard work. She was very grateful as none of the guests in front of us even bothered to tip her. Thankfully it moved at a steady pace and we were able to make it back in time to our seats before the show started. The second time a few nights later we were able to walk in and have just about 5 people in front of us. This time we noticed two workers at the counter. We were able to get two cups with a small scoop in each cup. We were hoping for cones again this time around, but it appeared as if they were out of cones. (Probably from that other night of madness.) We still left a $2.00 tip for our 2 cups then were on our way. We were glad to see that the worker had additional help this time around. They really should have had additional help the other night being that it was during Spring break, and the resort was almost at full occupancy. The place is also a restaurant with a full staff waiting to greet you. Just walk straight in and to the left. There will be people behind the dessert counter for the cafe portion of the store. It will also help if you spoke a bit of Spanish because all the staff speaks only Spanish.

There is another little cafe, Cafe Isla or Isla Cafe, in the same hole in the wall. The coffee was ok but maybe not as good. This little hole in the wall has the best coffee on the island and some tasty baked goods in the banana bread kind of genre. Grabbing a morning cappuccino there is always a highlight of my day.
