My drink was unfortunately made with cow's milk by mistake, when I'd ordered almond milk. I wonder if the person who took my order didn't make it. This was a big shame, and I've been sick the past few days because of this! I wish I'd checked that it was almond milk when I received it. Be careful here if you're dairy free!

We went here for breakfast on our trip and I wish I could go there every day. They had a very simple selection of items but I wasn't disappointed by what I ordered. It had this modern artsy Ikea vibe to it! I order a chai and sandwich and it was delish! My husband got a cappuccino and some bagel. Looked like Costco bagel but the cappuccino was just perfect. I would definitely recommend and visit this place if I go back to Cancun!

We enjoyed several visits here and a number of different drinks, from mochas and cappuccinos to ristretto and hot chocolate. My only gripe is that we didn't get latte art on some of our drinks, but without explanation. I later discovered that this is because I'd ordered almond milk, which doesn't lend itself to coffee art, although oat milk lends itself better for this. I highly recommend Tradiciones Latte if you're looking for decent espresso. It is definitely one of the better coffee shops in Cancun.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when ordering - which as a novice Spanish speaker I appreciated. I went with the classic cafe mocha and my wife a cappuccino. I may should have added another shot but it was delicious regardless. I felt that the cappuccino was a little hot and maybe they over steamed the milk- but their froth was very well done. A great experience altogether and I'd recommend this to anyone!

I would buy milk in the Royal Market (also located in the hotel) and make myself 3 coffees out of the one large that I bought. Plus, it was really good coffee!

The place is also a restaurant with a full staff waiting to greet you. Just walk straight in and to the left. There will be people behind the dessert counter for the cafe portion of the store. It will also help if you spoke a bit of Spanish because all the staff speaks only Spanish.
