Yesterday I did regular as it is now warm, I had sandals with me and I do pedicure more often in summer. They charged an extra 5.00 to take off gel they put on a regular customer. I went today to get a no chip manicure with art design. As soon as I sat down I thought about leaving. The girl that did my nails got up about every 15 minutes and took forever to come back. Granted I think she was dealing with a sinus cold. I still wasn't satisfied with the results of my nails. I had to ask her to cut some nails down to the same size as others and some nails weren't fully painted and she kept filling my cuticles back as she applied the paint. By far the best pedicure I have ever gotten! Overall super clean, I love walking in and seeing liners in the tubs and sterilized tools!! The lady that did mine was super thorough and made sure everything was done to perfection! I was there for an hour and it was a super nice place to just relax and unwind! First time getting my toes/nails done in awhile. Well after spending $120 I'm a bit disappointed. First the gentleman tried to talk me out of the color I picked. He spent barely any time on my callouses which I KNOW were terrible since it's been over 6 months since I had a pedicure. (I still have callouses on my big toe as I type this). After he was done with my toes he complained that the polish was too thin and difficult to use and "made him tired". Before starting on my full set of nails he brings me the color bin and tells me to pick a different one for my nails. Now my nails/toes doesn't match. Asked me what shape I wanted, offered almond. We stopped in this afternoon, and I understand it's a Saturday, so we waited about an hour before they took the first of our party of 4 back for her pedicure. She was finished before any of the other three of us were even started. The gentlemen that did my no chip full set was very nice and asked if we had any fun plans for the weekend. He was very personable, but I wish he had taken a few more minutes to do simple things like push back my cuticles, or do any sort of trimming. He didn't do a terrible job but I feel like for $60. My heels were burned as a result of the guy scraping too hard. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I've been getting my nails and feet done for 25 years. I've never experienced something so traumatic. I went for relaxation, next thing I know he has scraped my feet so hard that I bled nonstop while they tried to control the bleeding and put something on it that continued to burn. I will never visit here again. I was told sorry over and over and even the pedicure was free. But I never got to experience the whole pedicure because he scraped me so bad I couldn't put my feet back in the water or the wax. I called to complain and they kept blaming me saying I had a lot of skin. No i didn't , I was just there not even a month ago. I just had an inexperienced worker. As I type I'm reminded that every move I make my feet burns and I'm a mom that runs a business. I have a lot I can't do right now. I feel like more services could have been offered in good faith. My nail technician was very rude and rough. He ruined my nail beds and did a terrible job on shaping my nails and was in a noticeable rush.

This is the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Not only was the nail tech RUDE but he did a poor job at a simple gel manicure. When i showed him the uneven finished he tried to say i had just taken off acrylics.. when I hadn't. They ruined my natural nail Ed by removing gel with a drill. I found this salon based on Yelp reviews- and it got the job done. Nothing fancy here- but the staff were all very friendly. The place was pretty large and clean. It seemed like they had many regulars, as a few customers there at the time knew all of the names of the staff members. That's always a good sign. Although I made an appointment yesterday she told me to come in , I came in and waited almost 40 minutesI. have been there the past two days . yesterday my girlfriend got her nails done by the owner and she was absolutely rude and unpleasant to sit with. Today I sent my 2 daughters to have a nice relaxing spa day... once again the owner did my older daughters nails and was absolutely rude her nails look like shit! She was not gentle, she continuously pulled and twisted my arm around while she did my nails, not to mention very impatient and would decide to talk in her nativ tongue in a harsh tone when I mentioned how I would like my nails.. 3. This place was great! I went with 5 other ladies and we got mani pedis before a vacation. The staff was friendly and they even made sure they took the *perfect* group photo of us in the pedicure chairs. We did book our appointment in advance, which I would highly reccomend with a large number of people like we had. I got a no-chip mani and pedi which lasted my whole vacation (pretty good because it involved a lot of sand and an ocean). I got the honey princess pedicure and I managed to make my callused college athlete feet feel probably the softest they've felt in years. I went to get a pedicure after work yesterday but I called ahead to see if they accepted tap payment as I didn't have my purse on me. I was told on the phone they accept it. If they didn't I was going to go to another place I know for a fact they accept Tap. I go and get my pedicure done was satisfied with that but then he walks me to the drying station and says it'll be $40 I said ok went to hand him my phone with my payment app of choice open he says we don't accept that and I explained I called and was told they do. A couple minutes went by and I ask can I cashapp any one it won't be through their business account obviously but they'll get the money she got an attitude said no and that I need to leave my phone there with them and go get money I said I'm not leaving anything of mine with you except MAYBE my shoes because you gave me the wrong information she then stopped talking to me. I go home get my card come back to pay she sees me doesn't say a word but speaks in their native tounge to tell him I'm back but just 30 minutes ago you told me he was leaving.
