It took 2-3 weeks for a quote and that was only after prodding from a mutual party. I responded to the quote within a day and never heard back. It's been 2.5 months with no reply. I ended up going with Window World of Portland, at a higher cost, because they gave a quote quickly and have communicated during the entire process. If you're unable to take on a specific job, just tell client instead of leaving them hanging... I would respect that way more and may consider you for a different job in the future.

With the heat we've had the past few summers and then the snow that seems to be a yearly event now, we thought it was time to get a really good widow upgrade. Watch out for fake financial incentives used to upsell you."
