Loved this place…read more Our waitress Vanessa was so friendly and nice, one of the best waitresses I've ever had, and I've been to alot of restaurants. She took care of us, brought us water several times, brought us anything we were missing or needed. She was just great. For food we ordered an onion soup and wow it was so flavorful, I think it was one of the best onion soups I've had, the only comment I would say about this is maybe put abit less cheese but other then that so good. We got the California salad with Cajun chicken and it was so good. All the ingredients in the salad were just so well together, definitely a must try. We did ask for extra dressing tho. The spicy salmon tartare was good as well it came with fries and salad. For drink, if you are a Ceasars person you need to definitely get the chili mango, one of the best Ceasars I've had and also they are known for these bellini so if you want something sweet, definitely get that. I would definitely recommend this place highly. I will go back soon and try other stuff. Also if you park inside just validate your ticket and you won't pay at your exit.

Went back after a first wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this time it isn't as wonderful…read more We tried the fried cauliflower with kalbi Coréen sauce. It was good, but I'd go back to the chicken bite I took last time. But wasn't bad. Decided to plunge for a steak. Took a New-York steak (contre filet NY) that I ordered well done. Received a medium-well done steak. I could ask to properly cook it but I was hungry. The steak itself wasn't bad. I took it with the default pepper sauce which was good. The steak itself had lots of fat, might be the type of cuts. I took it with the Frieda, expecting the same fries I had last time that had a seasoning on it, but it was regular unseasonned fries. My girlfriend took a bowl that had shrimp, noodles.and veggies in them. Something croustillant in the name. She didn't really liked it. It was to soggy for her taste. Also it's full shrimp, she prefer the already cut ones. It wasn't a bad dîner, but it wasn't the best we had so far.

This restaurant is the second of its kind, located in the Laval Bell Centre. Spread over 2 floors,…read moreit boasts a massive 33 foot screen perfect for enjoying sports games and lots of comfy banquets and tables for groups. The first location opened downtown earlier this year, also in the Bell Centre but it is a larger variant with 3 floors and an even bigger screen. The tavern is the perfect sports bar for hab's fans that want to enjoy more refined food in an upscale setting. The food features all your classics like wings, burgers, steaks and poutine, but with certain twists like foie gras, truffle oil and oyster appetizers. The happy hour deals monday to friday are good, there are discounted beverages and 1$ oysters. If you dine after 10pm, there is also a selection of dishes for 10$. The food is delicious, however a bit on the pricy side as to be expected. Also to make it even more expensive, there is no free parking for clients. You have to park in the Bell Center, during event nights it's 12$, otherwise you take a chance by parking across the street in the stores' lots. Paying for parking is kind of a deal breaker for me, I'm suprised they didn't have some arrangement for clients - as there is a gym in the same building that offers parking passes. Great place to come experience the beautiful decor and massive screen if you want to be wowed, however I can't picture this as a regular dining spot due to parking issues and expensive food.

The location is very pretty and roomy with huge TV screens to watch sport events. Food is decent. Ordered the Fish and Chips. Not a generous portion but quite edible. I wouldn't recommend it if it's your first experience. Tiny sauce to come with it (what's up with this new trend everywhere? Give me SAUCE!). Fries were decent. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Due to a family friendly event, lots of kids were here, so consider that for what it's worth. Price-tag is a little high given what I'm eating but I would assume folks are here given to circumstance (aka attending events). Parking is free as long and you use the Place Bell one "only for the dining experience"? Kind-of pointless. Overall, it's a decent food experience but not something I'd go out of my way to re-experience.
