I was told my appointment was his first stop on the scheduled day but he never showed up. I called after he was more than an hour late. The woman that answered the phone said she'd call the electrician and get back to me. Twenty minutes later she called and said "he dropped the ball". Yes, he certainly did. It sure makes you wonder about the legitimacy of all of the 5-star reviews he has (mostly from Yelpers with only a few reviews).

I reached out to J & J to potentially repair a freezer door that I couldn't fix myself…read more Joe came out and gave me a quote the same day. He ordered the replacement part and came back out a couple days after the part was delivered. He installed the part within a couple hours, probably closer to an hour. The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years. I started to worry I needed to buy a new one when I couldn't find the replacement part online. I'm glad J & J was able to get the part and fix in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.

I found All Clear on Instagram and had them come out because I wanted to make sure our vent was clean and safe. They were great in asking question before hand to best prepare such as where in the house in our machine located, to our knowledge when was the last clean, etc. They came out and were so helpful in teaching out about vents, how often they should be cleaned, signs of needing cleaning. Not only did they make sure everything was clean, they took the time to educate me to make sure I have the proper knowledge as a home owner. I would recommend them to anyone.

I found Tager just via online search and called. I appreciated that an actual person answered and was able to get someone out quickly. They sent a text when the technician was on the way. The technician was very nice, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, they weren't able to repair the issue due to no fault of their own. The fridge was old and just done. The technician went above and beyond to answer my additional questions and gave me some advice regarding my new fridge that I now need to purchase. They charge $98 to come out which I feel is reasonable. If you get a repair, they waive the service charge. As a single woman I appreciate the honesty and service that I received. I will definitely call them again if I need any more assistance with my appliances and I definitely recommend them.
