The little dishes (also available as main courses) are pretty reasonably priced at £5, with a 3 for 2 offer available at lunchtime. Whilst the main dishes are a little more expensive at around £15 each, they are extremely delicious and incredibly well presented so I do believe are worth the price. The staff are all very friendly, and despite the upmarket/trendy atmosphere of the place are thankfully not pretentious. The ambiance of this restaurant is particularly good at Christmas time when it's full of very pretty white fairy light which together with the pretty Christmas trees adorning Llandaff high street, really put you in the festive mood!

The cocktails are really great so it would make sense to pick one thing and focus on it rather than trying to be the jack of all trades but master of none. The classics start at a fiver and you can upgrade the alcohol to a premium brand for a little extra. I sort of disagree with that because really they should be using good quality booze in their cocktails anyway. The bar staff are skilled and knowledgeable and able to rustle up a delicious virgin drink that will satisfy even the saintliest of creatures. Atmosphere wise it's a four out of five, very cosy but also vibrant enough to keep you from nodding off (an urge I often get in windowless underground cocktail bars). Make sure you check out the opening hours as they have changed since opening but they're pretty active on social media and their web site is kept fairly up to date. They also do Sunday roasts now which we will have to check out at some point.
