Ignite is def the place to be!…read more I was at the establishment over the weekend to test out the curated Mocktails and babeeeeeee!!! They were amazing. Ignite presents a laid back environment that is perfect for any occasion. The space is small but not crowded. The design aspect is amazing and all of the seating is comfortable. The staff was super fun. Everyone had a smile and they were very attentive to the patrons who were present. My favorite Mocktail was the Kennesaw Kiss. It puts you in the mindset of a creamy Pina Colada with a Dragon fruit type blend. And it's pink, and comes with a bubble on top. I am in loveeeeeeeee! Ignite is def a vibe. The music, The environment as a whole. The staff. and the Mocktails. I am in loveeeeeeeeeee. Ignite is def what the Northside has needed for a very long time. Whew!!!! Thank you, Ignite for an amazing experience, ambiance, and mocktail!

We went on a Friday night, and while it wasn't packed at first, the crowd picked up as the night went on. I really appreciated the staff for letting us move from a booth to a larger table before it got busy since our party kept growing. There were a couple of hiccups with our food, but our server resolved them quickly and without any fuss. The hookah was good with plenty of flavor options, the drinks were solid, and the food was tasty -- nothing over the top, but definitely enjoyable until later when I learned about the health score. The vibe was chill, and the music kept the energy just right. If I had two suggestions, would be to have someone assigned to bathroom duty throughout the night -- because the restroom situation was rough and only got rougher as the night went on and to get that health score up!

Soo... it's a tinge of something unpleasant in the place. But!! That's not the worse thing. The owner walks in and greeted me with let's say a very strange look on her face. I've visited this establishment twice, and unfortunately, both experiences left me disappointed…read more The biggest issue is the pricing. I ordered two Sidecars and was surprised to find that additional charges were added for ingredients such as Grand Marnier, bringing the cost to roughly $25+ per drink before gratuity. On top of that, an automatic gratuity was added. At no point was it clearly explained that there would be significant upcharges beyond the listed cocktail price. I travel frequently and have visited cocktail bars and lounges throughout New York City, including some very high-end establishments in Manhattan. In my opinion, the pricing here is not aligned with the overall experience being delivered. The atmosphere is decent, and I can see the upscale image they're trying to create, but the service falls short. The staff were not particularly warm, welcoming, or knowledgeable about the drinks. The interactions felt transactional rather than hospitable, and there wasn't the level of service I would expect given the prices being charged. There are too many great restaurants, lounges, and cocktail bars in the area to spend this kind of money for an experience that feels average. Based on my experiences, I would not return and would recommend exploring other options before choosing this place.

To top it off, they tacked on gratuity for a party of two, despite service that didn't come close to earning it. Food and drink quality felt like an afterthought, and the vibe was nonexistent.
