What I appreciate about this place is their menu is unique. I love that you can mix and match different entrees and that the portion sizes are good value from the price you pay. Service was quick. Decor was simple but nice. Very good lunch spot/if you're craving Korean food on the go

My husband and I have ordered out from here a few times and each time it's been incredible. The last time, however, we dined in and this literally amplified our experience. Ping was working and she's absolutely amazing!! Great customer service! The Soy garlic chicken is amazing!

This is nice little place for Korean food. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to you. We had soy garlic chicken and ttekbokki. Both were delicious and we will be back.

The food is fast and fresh! But it's the owner for me! She is so sweet, kind, helpful & friendly! She will literally walk you through every item on the menu, answer any questions you have & let you try or sample if some items. She even gave me some plants to grow in my yard! Such a pure spirit! And the food is delicious!!!

Simple, fresh, and met with a warm mom and pop attitude while staying tech friendly. You order on a kiosk and a nice Korean lady welcomes you upon entering. Everything seems to be cooked to order and this has the taste of homemade Asian American food. The rice is fluffy (purple rice is an option w/o a surcharge!), the chicken is crispy, the beef and green beans were the only item that lacked actual beef. All in all go support this local spot

Before i even begin, PLEASE go visit Bap Bento. First off, the atmosphere is amazing, the decorations are so cute and the flowers add a beautiful touch. Second, this place... THE FOOD IS AMAZING, and if you visit, please get the dumplings, they are so so so good!! Third, service is amazing and every time I've been, the owner/manager always puts 110% effort into everything she does, especially always offering me a warm greeting/goodbye. Finally, PLEASE GO VISIT THIS PLACE. It should be way more busy due to the amazing quality, yet due to it's location, it can be forgotten. If you are looking for a new refreshing, tasty spot, this is the perfect place. GO TRY IT OUT!

First time going here and it is definitely not the last time. Right off the start the restaurant is nice and new. The customer service was amazing, we chose to use the kiosk to look at pictures of our food and then decided to order the lady up front. She was super sweet and attentive to not just us but all customers. The food was next level amazing, the fried rice was delicious, so much flavor that soy sauce was not needed. The noodles was just noodling in flavor. All the chicken was good, sweet and sour, chicken gangjeong, Tteokbokki chicken. Like I said earlier definitely coming back again.

Bap Bento is a little jewel sitting in the Missouri City. The decor is modern and clean, and the food came out super fast. It's the best fast "non-fast" food I've had for a long time, and you can tell that the chef knows what he's doing. I've tried several dishes on the menu and would love to try more, but I keep ordering the same dishes because I love them so much. Popcorn chicken-- this is homemade and fresh made daily. My daughter doesn't eat any fried chicken, yes the typical picky eater in your family, and she loves it. One of the reasons we are here 3 times a week. Bacon fried Rice--we order every time we go there. Every Chinese/asian restaurant has it. I think it best showcases the chef's skill, because it's so simple to make. But each ingredient in the Rice requires different cut and cooking time, and also the rice should not be sticky which is why a lot people use leftover rice. But Bap Bento uses freshly daily made rice, and every ingredient in there is cooked perfectly. Thumb up to the chef. Kimchi beef--I honest don't know what this dish is called. There's only three things in there: kimchi, tofu, and thinly sliced beef (like the hotpot kind). It's my favorite. Cumin Chicken--I don't order this every time because I still prefer the kimchi beef, but it's excellent. The chicken is very tender and the flavor is amazing. I've also tried the pork cutlet, shrimp tempura, and chicken wings. Again, cooked perfectly. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are very generous. Most of the dishes come with 2 different sizes, M and L. And M is more than enough for 1 person. Bap Bento also serves party trays. It's almost like a gourmet restaurant with fast food prices, and the food comes out super fast. How can you ask for more... Thank you for opening up such an amazing spot! We love it--VJZR

I love coming in here for a quick bite. Food is good and well priced. The staff is so friendly and wait time is never long.

Ambiance: It's a fast casual-dine in place. It's very clean and has cute plant decor hanging on the walls. Service: The lady at the register was nice and guided me through the process of ordering and showed me the menu. Most people here utilize the self service kiosk and/or order online. I did not do that because I paid in cash. The food camw put in a timely manner. Food: I got the plate with white rice, beef bulgogi, and cumin chicken all for $12. The portions were good and I was full after eating it. The white rice was cooked well. It wasn't too dry like other places I have eaten. The beef bulgolgi was delicious. It was savory, juicy, and had a hint of sweetness, which was great because many places like to over sweeten their bulgogi. The cumin chicken was tasty as well. It was savory, aromatic from the cumin, and had a hint of spice. However, I personally would have liked it to be spicier. The dish came with a small condiment tub of fresh kimchi, which was good. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough. Maybe next time, I'll order a separate side of it for an extra $3. I would recommend it. This place is tasty and a bang for your buck.

My new favorite quick-lunch spot in Missouri City Area - Excellent food ~ lots of options - Great price - Has a self-order kiosk - Outstanding customer service - Plenty of parking spots - Aesthetic dining room - The owners are very nice peeps

Not really sure if anyone else has seen this new restaurant near bounce bounce . It's a Korean fused restaurant. The owners are Sienna/ riverstone residents and are super sweet and kind . My family tried the fried kimchi beef , sweet and sour chicken, tempura shrimp, fried dumplings, chicken gangjeong , bap bento fried noodles. The food had really good flavor and was reasonably priced well . After speaking to the owner s I was told that the restaurant hasn't had many people come in because they haven't been found . Please use the post to think. About visiting them in future and give them try Absolutely love this place and the food is amazing

I get it - it's right after the holidays so staffing could be short. The server we had wasn't exactly enthusiastic, just did the bare minimum. Dishes piled up and we weren't asked about refills. You'd figure because there was only 1 group that the service would be attentive, but nope! The food that we ordered from the kitchen were all super fresh and delicious. My favorites were the bulgogi gimbap, eggroll (tiny rolled egg omelette), and chicken wings! They come out super hot - loved them all. The hot buffet bar was not filled at all, some were even just empty. I found it disappointing that we didn't get to try a lot of their items. The hot buffet bar was really scarce, I mean, just fried dumplings and fries but they were refilled really slow and some never had refills. The boba bar was empty and never filled. The DIY ramen station was closed off. I tipped only because I felt like I had to, but the service was abysmal. I would come back but maybe for lunch instead of dinner. Hopefully service improves.

It was $36.99 for the korean bbq + hotpot on Friday. There are plenty of tables, and I noticed there's another room with even more seats! The servers were super attentive and continued checking up on us. The meat selection has expanded, and while the quality would be better at a speciality kbbq or hotpot ayce place, this is great for those who want both. The hotpot broths are a good starting base, and you can definitely season it to make it even better! I like that the hotpot meat are trays you grab yourself. There are plenty of ingredients, and they all look super fresh. For the kbbq, there are some meats to grab yourself and some you have to order. We ordered one of each meat option, but the galbi was what stood out! It was super tender and marinated perfectly. Everything else on the ordering menu comes with no marinade, but you can make your own sauce to dip it in. I also enjoyed the green onion pancake, sesame balls, and fruits at the end!

Bigger selection of paying the dinner price. + Staff come by frequently enough to replace the lining on the grill + Szechuan spicy broth is good, lots of peppercorns. + Excellent lunch value - They line the grill with a paper with a application of oil/butter. It causes the meat not to stick to the grill, but the major downside is meat takes much longer to get that char, and it's a bit oily. I would prefer if it was just the grill, but obviously it would mean more cleaning for the restaurant It's not gonna beat the restaurants that specialize in one or the other, e.g. Shabu En or Handam. However, it's a great option if you want hotpot and/or kbbq, but you don't want to make it all the way to Chinatown.

I have passed by their restaurant many times, but it never occurred to me to go in until one day I was surprised to see them ranked in the top 100 ramen places nationally on Yelp! With less than 300 reviews, I was skeptical at first but was intrigued to give it a try, and I'm so glad that I did! I visited on a Friday afternoon right before New Year's and was greeted warmly by the staff inside. As I was indecisive on what to order in the ramen section, I asked the staff for suggestions. She was kind to walk me through the menu without rushing to get an order, and she mentioned that their most popular item is actually the beef noodles. That was all I needed to make a decision to try the beef noodles. While waiting for the food, I chatted with the staff and learned that the restaurant opened right before the pandemic then shifted their model to take-out only as the pandemic begin. Since then, they've tried to make use of their restaurant space to return to dine-in but it has been difficult to find reliable workers. In the interest of keeping the quality consistent and customers happy, they've decided to make sacrifices to keep the business model as is for take-out only instead of scaling up with additional staff, which is such a shame given the rent in the area is not cheap and they have such a beautiful space! When you hear "take-out only", I know what you're thinking, BUT I promise you this is the best takeout food you will ever have! The packaging is very well-designed to keep the flavors and ingredients at its finest! As I mentioned, I ordered the beef noodles, and typically noodle dishes are not ideal for takeout, but Asia Blue separates the soup from the noodles so that the noodles are not soggy, and even after half hour, the soup stayed warm and flavorful. The noodles also came paired with many mini side dishes as palate cleansers, which were a nice surprise. From my conversation with the staff, I've also learned that this is one of the rare places that truly make their broth fresh from premium ingredients! You can be sure that it's MSG free and packed with healthy nutrients, and that's a quality that you can taste. I highly recommend this place for your next ramen adventure, and I certainly will be returning again very soon to try the other menu items. :)

When you pickup your food, the sit down area is dark, and there isn't much of a waiting area. It looks to be run by two folks, the cook and the cashier. It is probably best to order over the app, as the one cashier is busy packing the food in the fancy packaging and dealing with the money transactions. Since it is only two people, it can be slow to get your food when it is busy. I waited an additional 20 mins from the projected time it was suppose to be done. As for the food, the miso ramen was packed in this fancy box. The box contained the soup separated from the noodles with a few side dishes. I believe this is the only vegi ramen they offer. It is nothing special. The broth is basically miso soup with soy sauce. (2 out of 5) The cold sesame noodles was better. It had more flavor. (4 out of 5) The Salt & Pepper Chicken was good (4.5 out of 5). I couldn't help eating it while in the car, as it smelled so good. The Braised Pork over rice was decent. It was cut up thick pork belly, braised in an Asian brown sauce. The flavoring was a little one sided. (3 out of 5). I'm giving this place an overall 3 stars because the food isn't something to rave about. Packaging and presentation were great, but tastes was more important to me.

Service: Servers were nice and friendly, and food came out in a good amount of time. Food: This is were the problem starts. This place is serves Chinese, Indonesian and Japanese food. However, I fell as tho they should focus on one so that they can excel in one of the categories, rather than trying to market all three. We ordered the crab puffs to start, those were decent, just a little too hard. Next, I ordered a katsudon, but this definitely was not what I expected. I've had a few katsudons before and this one is by far the worst I've had. It was super soggy and the chicken cutlet was soggy from being fried in the egg. Also, the rice underneath was super wet and didn't taste very good with all that oil. My sister got the Spicy Soy Ramen and this didn't taste too good either. She said that the best thing in it was the egg. Now, if the food was the only thing, maybe I wouldn't have been so harsh, HOWEVER, when you're dining and see multiple pest, it's just not a very great atmosphere to be in. I killed a cockroach that was crawling towards me. Okay, I don't mind the occasional pest, because sometimes it happens, right? But when I saw another bug crawling out from underneath my plate after I was almost done eating, I lost all my appetite. I respectfully paid + tipped and left. That will be the last time I come here because of this bad experience.
