Green cloudy pool, furniture and umbrellas strewn all around.

Receptionist on Duty said she cleans the pool. Obviously not today. The Park is full and Camper's all about. Sitting by the pool on a summer sunny day is desirable. But obviously not on this Summer Saturday.

My husband and I came here with our dogs in October. When you arrive, you see a bunch of red and yellow flags welcoming you in. There is plenty of space to leave your trailer as you go check in at the office. We were in site 81A. It was under tall trees that were probably full before and backs up against a field that was probably beautiful before but they just had a fire and a lot of the scenery was black. There's nothing can be done about that except give it time to recover. Our site was all rock with square tile bricks instead of a cement pad. It had a fire pit with a screen on top and a picnic table. Our fellow campers were so great. Super friendly people. There is an off-leash dog park, playground, frisbee golf, pool, volleyball court and a dedicated area for tent camping. There is only one bathroom and it is emaculate! They do have a small convenience store and there are club houses with other activities but we didn't check them out. Nearby are the Cabazon Outlets and we were able to take our dogs and walk around there. All in all we had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at this campground.

Great RV park...easy access and beautiful surroundings. No problem accommodating my 40 ft toy hauler, and able to park my f350 in front no problem. Definitely recommend!

This place is our favorite place to stay . We been in this campground for the last 28 yrs from San Diego to Palm spring and we stayed here. Own 2 houses in palm spring but we prefer if staying the Campground. Very nice long space full hooked up very friendly workers .

Beware - office closes at 5:00. Roads around park in need of repair with narrow lanes and site uneven.Very quiet - No highway noise as location is far enough away. Wifi weak and had difficulties connecting several devices - never did get wifi working (and of course office closed so no help available). Great sunset.

I called Paddles and Pedals in the morning to inquire about a same day bike rental. They…read moreconfirmed they had availability and we made our way over. Our party was one adult and two kids. The bikes they brought out were the perfect size for each person in our group and they provided helmets. It was about $16/hour for the bike rental. Upon arrival we were helped immediately. From arrival, to waiver signature, and getting on bikes took about 10 minutes. You will need an ID as they hold it until you return with payment. The location is on the north shore and it is easy to find. There was plenty of parking and it's right next to an RV Park with a little liquor store in case you forgot anything. If you didn't bring a drink, pick one up as I did not see any water fountains or bottle fillers on the bike path. The paved bike path is right across the road and it is easy enough. There are some hills, not bad, but not completely flat. You can always walk the bike up if needed. You can ride all the way down the north shore which is mostly undeveloped and absolutely beautiful. We packed a backpack with sandwiches and stopped along the way at picnic tables to eat lunch. Keep in mind for you, your kids, and pets, that it's a little harder to exercise/breathe at high altitudes. There are a few benches to stop and rest as well as a few paths down to the lake. The trail is shared with other bikers, walkers, runners, and a few folks walking dogs. Everyone we encountered was respectful. I knocked one star down because I thought $100+ for one adult and two kid bike rentals for less than 2 hours was a little steep. However, we loved our time on the bike path. The exercise was great and the north shore is beautiful. The trees and lake took our breath away. We will return soon.

The thing I liked the most about paddles and pedals is that the kayaks are already in the water. I…read morerented a three person kayak (which I didn't even know they made) for myself and my two young daughters. We just walked to the end of the dock and they helped us in. Also it's a little more secluded so we didn't feel like we were going to run into anyone while still enjoying the beauty of the lake.

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!…read more My husband and I dreamed of a wedding where everyone could stay together onsite, immersed in nature, with no worries about driving after a night of fun, and Camp Osito Rancho made that dream a reality. Our families stayed in the health center, lodge, and electrified cabins, while our friends embraced the adventure of summer cabins and tents. The venue offers so many stunning spaces, from the spacious dining hall for meals to the stage/amphitheater with fire pits--perfect for s'mores and late-night stories. We exchanged vows at the top of a hill near the outdoor pavilion, with a gorgeous backdrop of pine trees and a view of Big Bear Lake in the distance. We were able to offer our guests camp activities like archery and a pool day, as well as had room to setup other activities like craft tables and lawn games. The biggest perk was the complete freedom to choose our own vendors, allowing us to create a truly personalized experience (huge shoutout to Scratch Kitchen for catering--our guests still rave about the food). We spent a year making signs, collecting décor, buying solar lights, and crafting to transform this Girl Scout camp into a full-blown wedding festival. If you're up for planning the details, this venue is the ultimate blank canvas. Last but not least, the Camp Osito Rancho team is absolutely amazing. A huge thanks to Angel for her help throughout the year, Ryan for his help throughout the weekend, and to Gerardo for the tour that sold us from the start. For a wedding that feels like an unforgettable getaway, this place is pure magic
