I used a Video Relay Service to call and make an appointment, but the staff member hung up on me. I also felt that the new nurse was somewhat rude and unfriendly toward me. I told them there's no way I could pay $30 per visit. They said no problem. "We will never turn someone away because of cost... but we will if they aren't serious about getting healthy." They started me at $10 per visit. Over the course of years my copay increased as I was able to afford it. Finally, a few years ago they began to take my insurance, UHC. I think they are finally making some money off my families treatment . They've helped with kids sports injuries, car accidents, and even provided surgical options for us at different times. Chronic lower back pain, pinched nerves in my neck and lifelong TMJ brought me in. They accepted my insurance, BCBS. Their scheduling is flexible with your life, treatment costs are reasonable (this is your back health after all!) and they have a resident office dog, so of course I'm sold.
