The girl at the desk argued with me that my copay was higher than what my card said and what I always pay in urgent care copays. I paid it and my insurance paid them all but my correct copay, the amount I always pay. This was last year, never received a reimbursement from them. Tried to call their billing number several times. They do not ever answer the phone even after an hour of waiting. Nexcare has had lawsuits against them for their dishonest billing practices. The doctor didn't take any vitals, barely made eye contact, and showed no genuine concern for my condition. He went by his first name "Jacob" and gave off the impression that he was just there for the paycheck. He quickly prescribed a strong topical medication filled with acids without explaining how to use it properly or what the side effects were. I honestly felt unsafe using it. It was the pharmacy staff, not the doctor, who ended up giving me more helpful information about the medication. That's unacceptable. I have several underlying health conditions and have seen many providers over the years--this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I'm incredibly upset that I paid for a visit that left me feeling unheard, unhelped, and even more confused. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

You can't even call and talk to the actual dr office. They have to see if they're available and then put you through. I put a call in Thursday for an in home care prescription for my MIL since insurance takes more than 30 to deny or accept it. No one called me back. I put another call in friday and they said they'd get it on over to me. The office has closed and still no script. This place is ridiculous and I'd never go back. Will be talking to BIL and husband about moving their mom to another dr.
