Within two days of having my mower Brian found what was causing one persistent issue and he recommended the long term solution. One of the other, more costly repairs I have had done in the past, which ultimately cost me $1200 more recently, was found to still exist. Again, Brian at Roudebush recommended a way for me to manage this issue over time with little cost me. All this said, the staff was upfront, didn't blame others for past repairs and ultimately addressed my issues. Their price was very competitive and reasonable. It all functions automatically - for extra peace of mind. The pre-sales/estimate process was quick and efficient, and the front office staff were very friendly over the phone. After we scheduled the installation, they provided everything that our town needed to issue a building permit. On our installation date the crew went above and beyond the call of duty, accommodating our request for a slight change in location that required some creativity and skill in routing gas line and electrical conduit. The end result was great, and our house was none the worse for wear. The team also provided a good overview of care and maintenance of the system -- though for the most part it is truly automatic and requires only minor annual service. The generator we got was a 17KW Generac Guardian with Smart Transfer Switch. After the installation team left, it was fun turning off the main breaker and enjoying "independence from the grid."
